[[abstract]]本研究係利用甘蔗渣與聚乙烯醇水溶液,充分均勻混和之後以微波發泡製作出纖維集合體做為無土栽培之樣本,探討不同克數的甘蔗渣與不同克數的聚乙烯醇水溶液混和後發泡之外觀成形性,並以最佳外觀成形性樣本之比例添加不同克數海藻酸鈉,經氯化鈣交鏈之後探討其物性的影響。實驗結果顯示,甘蔗渣跟聚乙烯醇水溶液比例為2:15 所發泡出之樣本,外觀成形性最佳且發泡均勻,為最佳的外觀成形性;由甘蔗渣與聚乙烯醇水溶液及海藻酸鈉水溶液比例為2:15:2.5 及2:15:5 還有2:15:7.5 經氯化鈣水溶液交鍊後其pH 值分別為5.7、5.8、6.0,EC 值分別為1.54 ms/cm、1.59 ms/cm、1.63ms/cm,最大含水…

[[abstract]]鞋墊大多為織物貼合EVA 發泡材的形式所組成,本實驗主要是用三層網布(HR278TN、HR430、HR249、HR023、HR029)來貼合EVA 發泡材與目前市面上常見的針織布貼合EVA 發泡材來分析與比較,並以止滑、吸震、壓縮來評估何者舒適性較佳。由實驗結果得HR430 貼合4mmEVA 發泡材為較適合製成鞋墊,其中摩擦係數0.5,知為三層網布中最高0、形變率61%為在三層網布貼合4mmEVA 發泡材中第二、吸震測試中的G 值達到最低的8.7 相對於針織布貼合EVA 發泡材的摩擦係數0.63、形變率84%、G 值14.3 來說,儘管在止滑性方面三層網布貼合EVA 發泡材較差但在其它方面的性能卻是遠遠優於…

[[abstract]]本研究以聚乙二醇、間苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸鈉、十八烯酸及十八酸為原料合成一系列Gemini界面活性劑即在其分子構造中加入非離子和陰離子,探討相同為18 個碳的油酸和十八酸依結構上的不同以及改變親水基,來觀察其性質之差異性。合成產物以傅立葉紅外線光譜分析儀(FTIR)確認其分子結構,所測試之界面性質包括表面張力、接觸角、乳化粒徑、乳化分層及乳化離心等,並在不同時間下觀察乳化分層來探討合成產物對橄欖油的乳化能力,由測試之結果可顯示其產物具有良好的濕潤性和降低表面張力及界面活性劑分子能有效包覆橄欖油粒子,增加乳化分散性,使乳化液滴穩定分佈。隨時間的變化,乳化粒徑分佈較廣,但仍皆具有良好之乳化能力。 A series…
