白光LED用SrMoO 4 :Eu 3+ 荧光粉的制备及发光性能研究

采用水热法制备红色荧光粉SrMoO4:Eu3+,该荧光粉能很好的与紫外及蓝光LED匹配。利用x射线衍射(XRD)、场发射环境扫描电镜(FESEM)和光致发光光谱(PL)等手段进行样品表征。XRD数据与标准卡片PDF#85—809相匹配;FESEM图谱显示出在不同温度下所制备的样品形貌;样品在紫外光和蓝光激发下发射主峰位于616nm处。样品发光强度与Eu”掺杂浓度有关,Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为7%;该样品的最佳烧结温度为600℃;引入不同的补偿电荷对荧光粉发光性能进行改进,当K+作为补偿电荷时样品的发光强度最大。合成的样品SrMoO4:Eu3+,K+CIE色坐标为(0.59,0.40),可用于白光LED红色荧光材料。
