Synergistic Effect on the Photoactivation of the Methane CH Bond over Ga3+‐Modified ETS‐10

Lü Li、Yiyu Cai、Guodong Li 等 6 位作者2012-04-23Angewandte Chemie International Edition

Breaking down methane: A Ga3+-modified microporous titanosilicate (ETS-10) exhibits distinct photoactivity for the cleavage of the methane CH bond at room temperature. The highly enhanced activity is attributed to the synergistic effect of gallium-induced CH bond polarization and a titania-based photoredox process.

Johann Berthelot、Guillaume Bachelier、Mingxia Song 等 7 位作者2012-04-23Optics Express

Amplifying local electromagnetic fields by engineering optical interactions between individual constituents of an optical antenna is considered fundamental for efficient nonlinear wavelength conversion in nanometer-scale devices. In contrast to this general statement we show that high field enhancement does not necess…

High-Density Chemical Intercalation of Zero-Valent Copper into Bi2Se3 Nanoribbons

Kristie J. Koski、J. Judy、Bryan W. Reed 等 6 位作者2012-04-23Journal of the American Chemical Society

A major goal of intercalation chemistry is to intercalate high densities of guest species without disrupting the host lattice. Many intercalant concentrations, however, are limited by the charge of the guest species. Here we have developed a general solution-based chemical method for intercalating extraordinarily high…
