为了解决固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)陶瓷连接材料的低成本制备难题, 设计了与LaCrO3基连接材料和Ni基阳极均具有良好烧结匹配性能的新型复合材料NiO/ La0.7Ca0.3Cr0.97O3−δ (LCC97)作为管式SOFC的支撑体. 详细研究了NiO含量(5wt%、25wt%、50wt%、75wt%)对复合支撑体的烧结性能、微观组织、孔隙率、电导性能、热膨胀系数等的影响, 结果表明: LCC97与NiO具有优良的烧结和化学匹配性能, NiO/LCC97(1:1, wt%)具有最优的综合性能. 以其为支撑体, 采用浆料浸渍法制备LCC97湿膜, 1400℃空气条件下共烧, 获得了致密LCC97连接材料薄膜.

利用巴黎翠凤蝶前翅翅鳞片作为模板, 通过前驱体浸泡后烧结的方法制备出具有原始蝶翅鳞片准周期三维结构的SnO 2 (金红石相), 并采用化学沉积的方法在已制备的SnO 2 上沉积Au纳米颗粒, 合成出Au/SnO 2 纳米复合材料. 通过SEM、XRD以及TEM等表征方法检测并分析该材料形貌结构和成分组成. 采用罗丹明6G(R6G)作为分析物, 测试该材料的表面增强拉曼散射光谱. 通过材料形貌结构图及UV-Vis漫反射光谱谱图, 分析该基底的表面增强拉曼散射机理. 该基底所具有的三维结构为拉曼信号增强提供大量“热点”, 而基底材料中SnO 2 和Au纳米颗粒为拉曼增强效应提供协同作用. 良好的拉曼性能以及较低的制备成本表明, 该新型…
