MnMoO 4 ·H 2 O纳米棒生长过程的原位热动力学研究

在298.15 K下采用现代微量热技术监测了微乳液法原位合成MnMoO 4 ·H 2 O纳米棒过程中能量变化的微量热曲线. 该曲线显示, 反应开始瞬时放热, 有一个尖锐的放热峰, 在随后的过程中分别出现一个强的吸热峰和放热峰. 通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、 场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对MnMoO 4 ·H 2 O纳米棒的结构、 形貌及尺寸进行了表征. 结合微乳液的特性和量热曲线, 讨论了MnMoO 4 ·H 2 O纳米棒生长过程中的形貌演变和热动力学信息. 整个生长过程包含微乳液的碰撞凝聚、 反应成核、 结晶和生长过程. 经计算, 反应成核过程、 晶化过程及晶体二次生长过程的速率常数分别为6…

将碳纳米管(CNTs)载体分别经混酸与硝酸蒸气预处理并在不同温度下煅烧,然后分别采用浸渍法及机械研磨法负载磷钨酸(HPW),制备出HPW/CNTs催化剂,对比考察了上述催化剂对NOx的吸附与分解效果.在空速为10000h-1、吸附温度为200℃的条件下,用0.5g催化剂对1696mg/m3的NOx进行吸附实验,结果表明,以硝酸蒸气预处理且经300℃煅烧后的CNTs为载体,采用机械研磨负载法制备的催化剂HPW/CNTs对NOx的吸附率与吸附能力最高,分别为54%与16.6mgNOx/(g·h).对吸附NOx后的催化剂体系进行了催化分解NOx的程序升温脱附一质谱(TPD—MS)研究,结果表明,所吸附的NOx在快速升温过程中发生分解,在…

通过双(环戊二烯基)二氯化锆(Cp2ZrCl2)催化剂和改良的甲基铝氧烷(MMAO)助催化剂,合成了无机-有机杂化共聚物.研究了2种具有不同单乙烯基反应基团的笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)与乙烯的聚合.对共聚产物的结构、热力学性质、分子量及其分布等进行了研究.共聚单体(POSS)的插入率在0.01%~0.30%之间,随着共聚单体在共聚物中摩尔分数的增大,聚合物的熔点和熔解热降低.共聚物的热重分析结果显示,乙烯-POSS 共聚物拥有更高的热分解温度以及较高的热分解残留量.随着POSS的加入,聚合物的分子量明显提高,聚合物的分子量分布变宽.

羟基磷灰石负载HRh(CO)(TPPTS)3催化1-己烯氢甲酰化反应高选择性和特殊的异构化功能

采用浸渍法制备了以羟基磷灰石(HAP)载型水溶性铑络合物HRh(CO)(TPPTS) 3 /HAP催化剂(TPPTS=三苯基膦三间磺酸钠), 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、 固体核磁共振波谱( 31 P CP-MAS NMR)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)和比表面积测定(BET)等对催化剂进行了表征. 该催化剂在催化1-己烯氢甲酰化反应中表现出高活性和高选择性, 在优化条件下获得了100%的醛选择性和高转化频率(TOF=2465 h -1 ). 该催化剂还对1-己烯、 2-己烯和3-己烯表现出特殊的异构化功能. 该催化剂制备方法简单, 通过简单离心分离可以循环使用. 对HAP负载HR…

通过对聚乙烯醇(PVA)/季铵化羟乙基乙氧基纤维素(QHECE)共混膜进行聚乙二醇(PEG)聚塑化改性, 采用物理-化学交联联用法制备了PVA/QHECE/PEG碱性阴离子交换复合膜. 通过交流(AC)阻抗、 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 热重分析(TGA)、 气相色谱(GC)和拉伸实验等手段考察了不同PEG添加量对膜的离子电导率、 分子结构、 微观形貌、 热稳定性、 力学强度、 甲醇渗透率和耐碱稳定性等性能. 结果表明, PEG的加入(除最小比例外)提高了膜的离子电导率和力学强度并使其柔韧性增大. 同时, 膜的热稳定性比未添加PEG时提高了40℃. 将PVA/QHECE/PEG膜在80℃, 6 m…
