Preparation and Thermal Insulating Properties of Antimony Doped Nano-SnO2/Waterborne Polyurethane Composite Coatings

利用掺锑的纳米SnO 2 和水性聚氨酯(WPU)制备了透明隔热的复合涂层. 实验发现涂层的隔热起因于涂层中掺锑的纳米SnO 2 粒子对红外线的吸收. 隔热测试结果表明在阳光的照射下, 涂层表面的温度升高, 而测试箱内的温度最大下降17.5℃. 实验制备的掺锑的纳米SnO 2 /WPU复合隔热涂层具有许多优点, 如成本低、化学性能稳定、制作方便等, 是一种性价比较高的隔热涂层.
