将新合成的4-(4-((4-乙氧基苯基)偶氮)苯氧基)-N-(2-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)乙基)-N,N-二甲基丁烷-1-溴化铵(DMAE-EAPB)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺凝胶(NIPAm)共聚,制备得温度/光双重敏感共聚物凝胶.用差示扫描量热法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法和称重法对其溶胀性能进行了研究,结果表明:凝胶光响应速度非常快,紫外光照射4 min,偶氮苯反-顺结构转化达到平衡;随着DMAE-EAPB加入量的增加,共聚物水凝胶的相转变温度(LSCT)逐渐减小,温度敏感性变差,紫外光照射后共聚物的LSCT回升约0.8~1.2℃,温度敏感性也有所好转;另外,在一定的温度范围内,紫外光照射可以使共聚凝胶的溶胀比提高0.34~0.80.

利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对低成本钛合金Ti-3.0Al-3.7Cr-2.0Fe-0.1B的热压缩行为进行研究。采用的应变速率分别为0.01、0.1、1.0和10s1,选用的温度分别为800、850、900和950°C,试样的变形量最大为70%。结果表明:峰值流变应力随着温度的增加和应变速率的降低而降低;根据Arrhenius公式获得该合金在本实验条件下的本构方程为e&=6.1×1012[sinh(0.0113044σ)]3.35×exp(-261719.8/RT),并得到了该合金的加工图。当应变速率大于等于1.0s1时,合金内发生动态再结晶现象,且应变速率越大动态再结晶现象越明显。

초임계 CO2(scCO2)를 사용하여 poly(butylene succinate) (PBS)를 발포하였다. PBS는 용융 강도를 높이기 위하여 반응 컴파운딩 기법으로 개질하였다. scCO2로 포화된 PBS를 강하 융점 이상의 온도에서 빠르게 압력을 낮춤으로써 미세기포 발포체를 제조하였다. 발포체의 구조는 공정 조건을 변화시켜 제어할 수 있었다. 다른 변수들은 고정하고 발포 온도만 변화시킨 실험은 발포 온도가 높을수록 셀 크기는 증가하고, 셀 밀도는 감소함을 보여 주었다. 포화 압력이 클수록 기핵 밀도가 높아졌으며, 그 결과로 셀의 크기는 감소하였다. 감압 속도가 느…

Influence of The Annealing Temperature on The Morphologies and Luminescent Properties of GdBO3∶Eu3+/AAO Thin Films

利用水热反应和高温退火,在100 nm孔径的多孔氧化铝(AAO)模板表面制备了GdBO3∶Eu3+/AAO发光薄膜。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光(PL)等手段表征了GdBO3∶Eu3+/AAO薄膜的结构、形貌和发光性质。SEM显示GdBO3∶Eu3+/AAO的形貌可通过调节退火温度控制。XRD和PL的结果表明,在AAO模板的表面所组装的GdBO3∶Eu3+为六方碳钙石型(Vaterite-type)结构。PL的结果表明:5D0→7F2和5D0→7F1的相对发射强度与退火温度有关,5D0→7F2红色发射与5D0→7F1橙色发射之比值随退火温度的降低而增加,降低...
