采用合金平衡组织结构分析法结合热分析,研究了Nb-Ni-Ti系L(βTi,Nb)+TiNi共晶相平衡.结果表明,随着温度的降低,处于液相L、(βTi,Nb)和TiNi相三相平衡时的(βTi,Nb)相中Ni含量(摩尔分数)几乎不变,约为3.5%;而Nb的摩尔分数逐渐降低,从1 050℃时的62.6%,降为1 000℃时的54.1%;但TiNi相的成分变化不大.L+(βTi,Nb)+TiNi三相区也随温度的降低逐渐远离Nb-TiNi连线.并且随着Nb的溶入,Ti2Ni相的熔化温度也得以提高.

开窗是刚挠结合印制板实现挠性弯曲的关键工艺,主要有通窗和盲窗法,其中后者因过程可对挠性窗口区域起良好的保护作用等而广泛应用,但其生产过程存在等离子处理爆板风险.本文通过对压机真空度、刚板厚度、盲窗面积/周长比、开窗区域是否覆铜等因素的影响进行研究,具体分析了等离子过程产生爆板的原因,总结出了在真空压合的条件下,刚板厚度和开窗区域是否覆铜是影响生产板等离子处理爆板的主要因素,并提出了一种新型的改善方法——开窗区域去铜法,该方法可有效改善排气降低气压影响,为盲窗工艺的扩大应用提供参考.
