采用DSC方法研究了PA1212-b-PEG在不同降温速率下的结晶过程,并利用Avrami方程研究了其非等温结晶动力学。在非等温结晶过程中,随着降温速率的增大,结晶温度向低温偏移。综合利用Avrami方程得到Avrami指数为4,说明结晶是以异相成核,三维生长。

氯化石蜡-52(T302)的改性及其摩擦性能研究

以二正丁基胺、二硫化碳等合成了中间体二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,并用其通过亲核取代反应对氯化石蜡-52(T302)进行了化学改性。用红外、元素分析和热重等手段进行了表征和分析。采用多功能摩擦试验机、四球摩擦磨损试验机、旋转氧弹、PDSC等试验手段,考察了该添加剂在HVI150基础油中的摩擦学性能和抗氧化效应。结果表明,改性后的添加剂T302G具有良好润滑性能和辅助抗氧作用。
