本實驗主要探討聚乳酸/蒙脫土奈米複合材料,利用傳統射出成型與超臨界流體微細發泡射出成型製成符合美國材料試驗協會(ASTM)的標準試片,藉由改變蒙脫土的含量(0、1、3、5、7、9 wt%)探討對機械性質(拉伸、衝擊、DMA)、物理性質(熱傳導係數)、熱性質(DSC、TGA)、氣泡微結構(SEM)、奈米結構(XRD、TEM)以及流變性質之影響。研究結果顯示,傳統射出和超臨界流體微細發泡射出在機械性質方面,聚乳酸隨著蒙脫土含量的增加,其抗拉強度與衝擊強度皆呈現下降的趨勢。在XRD測試方面,當聚乳酸添加適量蒙脫土後,其結晶度有增大的趨勢。在TEM測試方面,可以看出蒙脫土為片狀的材料,而與聚乳酸基材結合後,隨著蒙脫土含量的增加,從脫層型的…

采用等通道转角挤扭工艺(ECAPT)将体积浓度为35%的SiC颗粒与65%的纯铝混合粉末直接制备SiCp-Al复合材料。基于金相组织观察和样方法分析,研究在同一试样不同的位置和不同的变形阶段的SiC颗粒分布,并与多道次等通道转角挤压工艺(ECAP)下SiC颗粒的分布进行比较。实验结果表明:剪应变对SiC颗粒的分布有重要的影响。在ECAPT过程中,SiC颗粒分布的均匀性从压实阶段到转角阶段得到很大的改善;单道次ECAPT工艺对SiC颗粒分布均匀性的改善效果相当于两道次ECAP,可以获得相对均匀的颗粒分布。

以丙酸为环氧树脂(EP)的开环起始剂制备改性EP,以硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)为纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)粒子的表面处理剂,采用原位聚合法制备疏水性nano-SiO2;然后用改性nano-SiO2和改性EP对聚氨酯(PU)进行复合改性,制备EP-PU/nano-SiO2醇溶性胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当w(EP)=8%、w(nano-SiO2)=2%时,体系中环氧基团全部开环,EP-PU/nano-SiO2醇溶性胶粘剂的综合性能相对最好,并且胶膜的耐热性较佳。

采用溶胶—凝胶法,并后续在氮气保护下进行高温煅烧制备了负载银的TiO2/CNTs复合材料(记为Ag-TiO2/CNTs);采用XRD、DRS对所得样品的晶体结构、光谱吸收性质进行了表征,以苯酚为模型污染物,评价了样品紫外光光催化降解苯酚的活性。结果表明:银的负载促进了锐钛矿TiO2结晶度的提高,银及碳纳米管能增强TiO2光催化剂在可见光区的吸收能力,并提高了其光催化活性。

测定了Al-7Si-0.3Mg和Al-4.5Cu合金的时效硬化曲线,结合DSC分析、TEM分析和金相组织分析,研究了两种合金的时效析出过程。结果表明:两种合金的时效硬化曲线均出现了"双峰"现象,第二个峰稍大于第一个峰。两种合金首先发生过饱和固溶体向GP区转化,然后发生GP区向θ(Al2Cu)转化或者是GP区向β(Mg2Si)转化的过程。Al-7Si-0.3Mg合金在时效4 h后的析出相是Mg2Si,Al-4.5Cu合金时效析出相是Al2Cu相。

根据正交实验结果建立了Si、Cu、Mg三元素与铸造A1-Si-Cu-Mg合金力学性能之间关系的回归方程,并结合扫描电镜和能谱仪对该合金的组织进行分析。结果表明:在三个元素中,Cu对抗拉强度影响最大,而Mg对抗拉强度影响最小;Si和Mg以及Cu和Mg的交互作用生成多种弥散强化相,从而对抗拉强度的影响较为显著;Cu对伸长率影响最小。Mg对伸长率影响最大,且呈负面影响;Cu、Mg交互作用生成A15Mg8Cu2Si6等弥散相,降低了Cu、Mg在基体中的固溶强化作用,从而对伸长率影响较大。
