硬化セメントペーストを構成する水和生成物であるC-S-H(ケイ酸カルシウム水和物)、エトリンガイト、モノサルフェート水和物ならびに水酸化カルシウムの4種類を単独で合成し、それぞれをCr(VI)、As、Se、B、F及びAlの微量元素を含む溶液中に分散・振とうさせ、振とう後の溶液中の各元素の残存量より、セメント水和生成物による固定化率を求めた。その結果、微量成分毎に、セメント水和生成物への固定化率が異なる特徴があることが分かった。C-S-Hは、Alを固定化しやすく、エトリンガイトはSe、F、モノサルフェート水和物はCr(VI)、Se、B、F、水酸化カルシウムはAs、Se、F、Alの固定能に優れていた。
