废锌锰干电池处理技术的改进——酸化、过氧化氢还原法回收锌锰

本文根据废旧三圈五号锌锰电池的结构特点,提出了先将电池粉碎筛分后分批处理:先用酸洗碎料(即Mn(III)H+Mn(IV)+Mn(II);ZnOH+Zn2+),再通过电解法分离锌锰两种金属元素,回收电解锌和二氧化锰。用过氧化氢还原锰金属元素(即Mn(IV)H2O2H+Mn(II))回收碳酸锰。同时对电池内少量的重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Hg)进行无害化处理。

表面效应对YAG:Eu3+纳米晶发光特性的影响研究

分别采用沉淀法和燃烧法制备了YAG:1%Eu抖纳米晶粉末,用XRD和TEM对样品进行了结构分析和形貌表征。室温光谱分析表明,其发射主峰位于590nm,来源于5D0→7F1跃迁,另外来源于5D0→7F4跃迁的709nm发射也较强。另外发现,燃烧法制备的样品在不同激发波长激发时,发射光谱峰形有显著变化。对沉淀法制备的纳米微粒经盐酸“浸蚀”表面修饰后,发现395nm激发时,676nm和693nm发光显著增强,而且693nm发射的激发谱中存在两个宽激发带。对表面修饰后样品的变温发光特性研究发现,随着温度的降低,676nm发射显著增强,而693nm发射显著减弱。对于上述现象通过纳米微粒的表面效应和缺陷态进行了分析和解释。

Dy—Al-Ti三元合金系600℃等温截面研究

采用真空电弧炉熔炼和真空管退火,制得Dy—A1-Ti三元合金试样,通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析,并辅以差热分析(DTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析、能谱仪(EDS)分析等测试技术,对实验样品进行表征,研究了Dy—A1-Ti三元合金系600℃等温截面中的物相关系,确定了Dy—A1-Ti三元系600℃等温截面的两相、三相区边界以及固溶度,并构建了Dy—A1-Ti三元系600℃等温截面相图。研究结果表明,Dy—Al-Ti三元系600℃等温截面由14个单相区、27个两相区和14个三相区组成,并证实了两个三元化合物相Ti4Al43Dy6和Ti2Al20Dy在600℃的存在。

采用固相反应法制备(K0.49Na0.51)0.94Li0.06Nb0.94SbxTa0.06-xO3(KNNLSxT0.06-x,x=0.00~0.06)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了Sb的掺杂量对陶瓷晶体结构与压电性能的影响。X射线衍射结果表明:随着Sb掺杂量x的增加,陶瓷的晶体结构由正交相向四方相转变,并在x=0.04~0.05时出现正交相逐渐转变为四方相的多型相转变(PPT),在x=0.04时具有较佳的性能:压电常数d33=258 pC/N,平面机电耦合系数kp=54%,机械品质因素Qm=61以及较高的居里温度Tc=405℃。

研究了Mg-Ni-Gd-Ag合金的非晶形成能力、力学性能及其影响因素。结果表明,Ag元素部分替代Mg元素可以改善Mg75Ni15Gd10的非晶形成能力,制备尺寸由3mm提高到Mg69Ni15Gd10Ag6的7mm;Ag元素的适量添加可提高非晶合金的断裂强度和塑性,改善力学性能。

化学镀镍-铼-磷镀层的耐蚀与抗氧化性能

为了提高NiP镀层的耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,在化学镀镍液中加入铼元素。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、能谱等手段,对Q235钢上制备的Ni—P和Ni—Re—P化学镀层的表面形貌、组织结构和成分进行了分析。通过电化学测试技术(包括极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱)和等温增重法分别研究了添加Re前后化学镀镍层的耐蚀性及抗氧化行为。结果表明,与Nj-P镀层相比,Ni—Re-P镀层的极化电阻增大,腐蚀电流密度减小,氧化增重明显降低,其耐蚀性和抗氧化性能得到了提高。

采用固相反应法制备了YCrO3多晶样品,并首次制备了和Y0.9Pr0.1CrO3多晶样品,研究了其磁性质.在场冷模式下,外加磁场为100Oe时,Y0.9Pr0.1CrO3的磁化强度一温度关系曲线显示磁化反转的异常.在尼尔温度以下,随着温度的降低,磁化强度首先增加,在96K达到最大值,约0.230emu/g.之后磁化强度开始降低,在32K变为零值;并且在32K以下,磁化强度出现负值.这种现象解释为Pr离子的顺磁效应.

研究TA15合金在3.5%NaCl盐雾环境和不同应力比(R=-1、0.06,0.5)条件下的腐蚀疲劳性能,并建立合金腐蚀疲劳的Sa-Sm-N曲面方程:N=1.83×1013/[888Sa/(888-Sm)-329.51]3.65。根据疲劳过程中试样循环位移响应得出,TA15合金的循环硬化/软化行为与施加应力比有关。对腐蚀疲劳断口的SEM观察进一步表明,合金在盐雾环境下的裂纹萌生呈现多源特征,且裂纹源区大多呈解理形貌,裂纹扩展区材料抗力变化与应力比相联系。

X-TiO_2(X=Ce,Bi)粉体的光电催化性能的研究

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米X-TiO2(X=Ce,Bi)粉体,并用XRD、UV-Vis DRS对其进行表征,以500W氙灯模拟太阳光,考察改性TiO2粉体的可见光催化活性。采用涂覆法制备出改性TiO2电极,以300 W高压汞灯为侧光源,考察了电极的光电催化性能。实验结果表明:改性TiO2粉体均为锐钛矿型晶相,Ce和Bi的加入不同程度地提高了TiO2在可见光区的吸光强度,Bi和Ce最佳摩尔掺杂量均为0.04%。3种电极光电催化性能先后排序为:TiO2电极〈0.04%Bi-TiO2电极〈0.04%Ce-TiO2电极,循环伏安曲线分析表明,金属离子的掺杂提高了TiO2电极的电催化活性,且Ce的掺杂对电极电催化活性的影响大于Bi。HPLC…

为排查超高速转子系统碰摩故障原因,利用混沌、分岔理论,研究了无碰摩转子系统的动力学特性。以实际转子结构为对象:建立物理模型;由拉格朗日(Lagrange)法建立系统动力学方程;用四阶龙格库塔(Runge—Kutta)法数值求解方程;结合分岔图、轴心轨迹、相图、Poincare映射等手段,分析了无故障转子系统的动力学行为及系统参数变化对其动力特性的影响。结果表明:该转子系统动力学状态过渡过程不明显,在全转速域内,振动以高频低幅为主,高速时具有良好的动力稳定性;扭振特征不明显;质量盘之间的动力耦合效应较弱,有利于系统稳定性;对于单个质量盘,弯振和摆振具有同步性和耦合性,横向振动和扭振动力耦合效应较弱。研究结果说明,该转子结构在冷态条件…
