研究了以La3+离子为辅助激活剂,对Sm3+掺杂的发光材料Sr2SnO4:Sm3+余辉性能的影响。采用传统的高温固相法合成Sr2SnO4∶Sm3+,La3+红色长余辉发光材料。利用X射线粉末衍射仪、荧光光谱仪、热释光剂量仪等手段对粉末样品进行了表征。分析结果表明,在1400℃得到了单相Sr2SnO4,Sr2SnO4∶Sm3+,La3+发光粉末有563、599和646 nm 3个发射峰,与Sm3+单掺杂的Sr2SnO4∶Sm3+相比,其光谱发射峰位没有明显变化。余辉亮度衰减曲线表明适量的La3+掺杂可以延长Sr2SnO4∶Sm3+的余辉时间。通过对热释光谱的分析,解释了双掺杂发光粉余辉性能增强的原因,La3+掺杂增加了更多适宜深度的…

采用分子束外延法在Pt(111)单晶表面上制备有序的ZrO2(111)薄膜,利用低能电子衍射谱、同步辐射光电子能谱和X射线光电子能谱研究了Cu纳米颗粒在ZrO2(111)薄膜表面的生长模式和界面相互作用.结果表明,室温下Cu先以二维模式生长到0.15单层(ML),接着以三维模式生长.随着Cu覆盖度的减小,Cu2p3/2峰逐渐向高结合能位移,可归因于初态效应和终态效应共同作用的结果.Cu最初沉积到ZrO2表面时,两者间存在较强的相互作用,Cu向ZrO2衬底传递电荷,以Cu(Ⅰ)形式出现.当Cu覆盖度增加到1ML以后,Cu开始表现出金属特征.

采用粉末冶金法制备Sm(CobalFe0.09Cu0.09Zr0.03)7.69稀土永磁体,研究了烧结温度对磁体的磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,剩磁Br、内禀矫顽力Hcj及最大磁能积(BH)max都先增加后降低。磁体的综合磁性能在烧结温度为1230℃时最优,室温下Br、Hcj和(BH)max分别达到10.40kGs、25.16kOe和25.88MGOe,且1230℃烧结磁体的温度稳定性较好,有望应用在500℃的工作环境中。

由纳米多孔玻璃制备了Al3+/Eu2+共掺杂的高硅氧玻璃,并研究了在纳米多孔玻璃基质中共掺杂Al3+离子对Eu2+离子450nm处蓝色荧光强度和荧光峰位的影响。结果表明,共掺杂Al3+离子可分散多孔玻璃中丛聚的Eu2+离子,加之Al2O3较低的声子能量,使Eu2+离子的蓝色荧光发射显著增强;并且由于共掺杂的Al3+降低了Eu2+离子5d轨道劈裂幅度,随着Al3+离子含量的增加,Eu2+离子荧光峰蓝移。

以三元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸锌离聚物(EPDM—g—MAZn)为界面改性剂,制备了热塑性聚烯烃弹性体/氢氧化镁[TPO/Mg(OH)2]复合体系。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、拉伸断裂强度、断裂伸长率、氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧、热失重(TG)分别研究了不同用量EPDM-g—MAZn对TPO/Mg(OH)2复合体系结构与性能的影响。SEM分析表明:加入EPDM-g-MAZn离聚物的复合体系分散更均匀,提高了复合体系的界面相容性。力学性能研究表明:当离聚物用量为9份[以Mg(OH):质量为100份计算,下同],断裂伸长率可以达到226%,拉伸断裂强度可以达到2.5MPa;阻燃性能及TG结果表明:氧指数可以达到26.8%,垂直燃烧级别可以达到V…

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—OES)对钛合金中的铝、铁、钒进行了分析测定。本试验对分析谱线、基体效应、酸度、仪器参数等方面进行了研究,并确定了钛合金中的铝、铁、钒测定的最佳仪器分析参数为:功率I300W、雾化气流量0.80l/min、辅助气流量0.2l/min、样品提升量1.7ml/min。在最佳测定条件下对样品进行了准确度、精密度及对照分析试验,结果满意。

通过高温固相法制备了用于紫外激发白光LED的蓝绿色Ca7(SiO4)2Cl6∶Eu2+荧光粉,并对样品进行了XRD分析和发光性能测试。结果表明,合成的样品为单相Ca7(SiO4)2Cl6;在紫外光激发下,样品的发射谱包括418和502nm两个发射峰。分别监测这两个发射峰,得到了峰值位于290和360nm处的两个宽带激发谱,说明Eu2+离子在基质晶格中可能占有两个不同的格位。研究了Eu2+离子浓度对发光强度的影响,最佳掺杂浓度为0.75mol%。结果表明该荧光粉是一种较好的蓝绿色发光材料。
