用电子显微镜研究了合金元素Cu在Zr-2.5Nb-0.5Cu合金及其腐蚀生成氧化膜中的存在形式。合金基体中的元素Cu主要以四方结构的CuZr2第二相形式存在,CuZr2相中会富集杂质元素Fe。合金经过550℃,25MPa超临界水条件深度腐蚀后,伴随着合金基体发生的H致β相变,CuZr2第二相也发生了相消溶、扩散及凝聚长大过程。在腐蚀生成的氧化膜中,合金元素Cu以非晶氧化物的形式存在于氧化锆的晶界。

改性甘蔗渣对Pb(2+)、Cd(2+)的吸附行为研究

为提高废弃甘蔗渣对重金属离子Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附能力,文章采用简单的方法制备了乙二胺四乙酸二酐(EDTAD)修饰的甘蔗渣。经FTIR分析,有大量的羰基修饰在了甘蔗渣的表面,为其吸附重金属离子提供了更多的活性位点。实验结果表明:经过修饰后的甘蔗渣对Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附量分别为46.46 mg/g、119.36 mg/g,是未修饰的3.69和12.31倍,且均能在20 min内达到最大吸附量并保持平衡,其吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,且吸附过程遵循二级动力学模型。在pH 4~7范围内,修饰SCB对Cd2+和Pb2+具有较高的吸附能力。除此之外,在Cd2+、Pb2+、Cu2+和Zn2+共存的情况下,修饰SCB对Pb2+仍…

选用液晶聚合物(LCP)对聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融共混,采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)对PP/LCP复合材料进行改性,采用热分析(DSC)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料结构与性能进行研究。研究发现:添加少量液晶对PP具有一定的增强和增韧作用,与纯PP相比,PP/LCP(100/10)拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了5.4%和21.3%;在PP-g-MAH接枝改性后,PP/LCP/PP-g-MAH(100/10/3)比PP/LCP(100/10)拉伸强度提高了18.5%,冲击强度提高了33.2%。增加LCP含量,提高了PP/LCP共混物中PP组分熔融温度,但是结晶度降低;加入少量的PP-g-MAH,提高了PP/LCP/PP…

在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液介质中,痕量Cu2+对H2O2氧化考马斯亮蓝G250(CBBG)褪色反应的显著催化作用,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。线性范围为0.02~0.20μg/mL,检出限为1.34×10-9g/mL。考察了20多种共存离子的影响。方法用于发样中痕量铜离子的测定,相对标准偏差小于3.4%,加标回收率为97%~105%。

研究了水蒸气对Fe-13%Cr-5%Ni合金在800℃下的氧化膜形貌的影响。用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察了氧化膜的截面及表面形貌,用XRD分析了氧化膜的物相组成。结果表明,干燥气氛下形成的氧化膜表面呈鳞片状,截面为单层结构,其物相组成为Fe2O3和Cr2O3;富含水蒸气的气氛下形成的氧化膜表面则有大量粗糙的凸起,截面为复合层结构,外层有大量孔洞,其物相组成为Fe2O2,内层较为致密,其物相组成为FeCr2O2。

在混合酸(钠)(有机磺酸(钠)+盐酸)反应体系中,使用快速氧化法合成导电性聚苯胺,并研究混合酸(钠)的浓度对聚苯胺电导率及分散性的影响。实验表明,快速氧化法可以制备高导电性聚苯胺,有机磺酸的掺杂明显改善了聚苯胺的分散性,得到高导电性、高分散性的聚苯胺。

采用超声波辅助法合成了Ⅳ-(2-羟乙基)-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C20Hmim]BF4),产率达57.69%,并建立了[C20Hmim]BF。和无机盐形成的离子液体双水相体系。结果表明,盐的种类和浓度对体系的形成影响很大,(NH4)2SO4能与[C20Hmim]BF。水溶液形成双水相体系。在2mL[C20Hmim]BF。与3mL水的混合溶液中加入JnAo.7500g(NH4)2SO4后,能形成稳定的双水相且相比达0.923,接近于1;在pH=6-9时,溶液酸度对体系相比的影响较小;在不同温度下体系的热稳定性较好,受温度影响不大;离子液体可再利用。
