采用化学共沉淀法制备了γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合磁性纳米微粒,并用Massart法合成了γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合磁性微粒的磁性液体。用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了磁性微粒及不同体积分数的磁性液体的磁化曲线。结果表明,磁性液体的饱和磁化强度与磁性液体中微粒的体积分数≠。、微粒表面的非磁性层以及基液的磁性有关;不同体积分数的磁性液体的饱和磁化强度实际测量值与相应的理论值吻合较好。由此可判断:γ-Fe2O3/Ni2O3复合磁性微粒较其它单相纳米微粒更适于合成磁性液体。

采用溶剂热法合成[Cu2L2](L=2,4-dichloro-6-{[(2-hydroxyphenyl)amino]methyl}phenol),并通过红外光谱、元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射进行表征。该化合物属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数:a=12.932 2(10),b=5.083 2(4),c=14.760 9(11),β=96.069(7)°,V=1 241.7(11)3,Z=4,Dx=1.924 mg.m-3,μ=2.19 mm-1,F(000)=716,R[F2〉2σ(F2)]=0.175,wR(F2)=0.252。结构分析表明,配合物为具有手性对称的平面结构。

制备了以N,N-(2-羟乙基)-2-氨基乙磺酸钠(BES—Na)为亲水扩链剂的磺酸型水性聚氨酯,采用FT—IR、DSC对水性聚氨酯的结构进行表征,并研究了BES—Na含量和NCO/OH值对水性聚氨酯乳液和薄膜性能的影响。研究表明:随着BES—Na含量的增加,乳液粒径分布区间变窄,平均粒径由237.3nm减小至61.2nm,薄膜的力学性能有较大提高,拉伸强度由16.07MPa增至24.67MPa,断裂伸长率由478.73%增至724.07%,硬度增大,吸水率由6.82%增至13.03%;随着NCO/OH值的增大,乳液粒径分布变宽,平均粒径由77.6nm增至335.7nm,薄膜拉伸强度由11.46MPa增至22.28MPa,而断裂伸长…

在还原性气氛下采用高温固相法合成了适合近紫外(λex=375nm)激发的光致发光蓝色荧光粉St2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Zr4+,研究了NaF助熔剂对Sr2MgSi2O7:Eu2+,Zr4+荧光粉晶体结构、颗粒形貌及发光性能影响。结果表明:适量的NaF助熔剂有利于样品的晶化,所获得样品的颗粒形貌更加规整,能有效降低中间粒径(D50)并控制粒径分布;只含中间颗粒(D50)样品的发光强度高于含全颗粒样品的发光强度;NaF助熔剂最佳添加含量为6%(质量分数),可使样品的发光强度提高446%;掺杂适量的Zr4+有利于样品的发光强度的提高,最后探索NaF助熔剂及掺杂Zr4+离子提高发光性能的机制。

采用固相合成法制备Ce4+掺杂ZnO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2体系红外陶瓷材料,并通过XRD、IR和红外辐射测试等研究了样品的结构与红外辐射性能。结果表明:Ce4+的引入可作为烧结助剂降低烧结温度,也可固溶于尖晶石结构中。随着Ce4+含量的增加,样品的红外辐射性能明显增加;当CeO2添加量为0.08%,在12~15μm范围内,材料红外辐射率可达0.94。

摘要:为探索适于中温条件下使用的固体氧化物燃料电池的阴极材料,利用溶液浸渍法,制备了具有阴极与电解质一体化离子传导路径的LnBaCo2O5+δ-Lal0Si6O27(Ln=Gd,Sm,Nd)复合阴极。通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜研究了阴极相结构、微观形貌。利用交流阻抗谱对电极的性能进行了研究。结果表明,SmBaCo2O55+δ-La10Si6O24,复合阴极在空气中的界面极化电阻最小,700℃为0.518Ω·om^2。

苯并三氮唑(BTA)作为性能优异地金属和气相防腐缓蚀剂而被广泛地应用到青铜保护.采用密度泛函理论(DFT)、概念DFT活性指数和Multiwfn波函数分析法等现代量子化学工具,计算和分析了BTA及高聚物膜[BTA-Cu(Ⅰ)]n中BTA-Cu(Ⅰ)单元的反应活性位点、反应前后前线轨道能和BTA分子反应结构;发现BTA和Cu(Ⅰ)可以发生成键反应,形成的高聚物膜[BTA-Cu(Ⅰ)]n较BTA单独分子在化学键长、键角和UV-Vis吸收峰上有明显地变化,并且从概念DFT的活性指数(主要为μ,η,ω,ΔEn,ΔEe)比较中发现,BTA-Cu(Ⅰ)的亲电性和亲核性较BTA有所增加,并计算了BTA-Cu(Ⅰ)单元分子间的相互作用能。

采用CO2气体保护堆焊方法,在Q235钢表面制备不同硼含量的Fe-C-Ti-Cr-B系堆焊层金属,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对堆焊层的组织进行了观察分析.在MLS-225型湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机上进行磨粒磨损试验,通过对磨损试样表面扫描电子显微镜观察分析并结合能谱成分分析探讨了磨损机理.结果表明,Fe-C-Ti-Cr-B耐磨堆焊合金中随着硼含量增加,基体组织逐渐细化,TiC颗粒数目增多且分布弥散均匀,但当硼含量增大至1.16%时,磨损面上大量碳化物剥落,抗磨损性能降低;当硼含量为0.55%时合金表现出优良的耐磨损性能,其耐磨性比未加硼的Fe-C-Ti-Cr系堆焊合金提高了3.7倍.
