通过自配的SORNID系列清洗液研究了其对多晶硅“碳头料”的清洗效果及清洗“碳头料”后对多晶铸锭的影响。采用红外探伤检测仪（IR探伤）、微波光电导衰减仪（μ-PCD）和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪（FTIR）进行了综合表征。研究表明：SORNID-3清洗液对“碳头料”清洗效果明显，使用120kg清洗后“碳头料”完全满足多晶铸锭的工业要求，所铸晶锭具有厘米级大晶粒，呈柱状晶粒结构；平均少子寿命能达到3．57gs，晶棒少子寿命分布呈倒U型，收益率能达到69．16％；硅片替位碳含量低于10ppm。
