超臨界CO2中における多孔性シリカの疎水化表面修飾について,アルコールを修飾剤とした反応を検討した.実験は,修飾試薬としてメタノール,エタノール,2-プロパノールを用い,温度40–100°C,圧力8–20 MPa,反応時間0.5–6 h の条件下で行った.その結果,すべての条件下で表面修飾は進行していること,さらに修飾で生成するアルキル基密度は,メタノール>エタノール>2-プロパノールの順となることが判明した.メタノールを修飾試薬とした場合の圧力依存性・アルコール濃度依存性からは,アルキル基密度が混合系の相境界近傍の圧力,濃度条件下にて極大を示すことがわかった.また,修飾後の表面疎水化の程度は,アルキル基密度とアルキル基の大きさに…

通过溶液共混技术成功制备了一系列聚乙二醇功能化石墨烯(GO-PEG)填充的聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)基纳米复合材料.利用红外(FT-IR)、X 衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG)及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)等表征手段详细研究了复合材料的结构和热性能.结果表明:GO-PEG 可均匀分散在聚合物基体中,纳米复合材料呈层状结构;组分间的较强界面相互作用协同增强了纳米复合材料的热稳定性能.最终,提出了层状纳米复合材料的形成过程及机理.
