超音波照射下の空気のマイクロバブルの高速挙動による洗浄効果に関する検討を行った.高速度カメラを用いて,20 kHz, 600 Wの出力の超音波照射下での空気のマイクロバブルの試料表面での挙動を撮影した.マイクロバブルは単一の形状を維持したまま,試料表面を高速で移動しながら凝集することが明らかとなった.油性インク,カーボン汚れに対する洗浄実験を行い,超音波照射下のマイクロバブルの物理的挙動が洗浄効果につながることを明らかにした.超音波洗浄で見られたキャビテーションのスポットダメージは,マイクロバブルの共存時にはほとんど見られなかった.これはマイクロバブルが洗浄面を覆うため,ダメージの原因となるような洗浄面付近でのキャビテーションが発…
