以纳米硅(Si)、天然石墨(NG)和高软化点沥青为前驱体,通过球磨和裂解制备了具有壳核结构的硅/天然石墨/沥青炭(Si-NG/PC)复合材料。考察了球磨时间、球磨速率和物料比等因素对制备材料的组成、结构及其作为锂离子电池阳极电化学性能的影响。结果表明:最佳球磨速率为300 r/min,最适宜的球磨时间为21 h。所制Si-NG/PC复合材料的循环性能随PC含量的增加而提高,但其比容量却随PC含量的增加迅速降低,PC的最佳质量分数为30%。同时,Si-NG/PC复合材料的比容量随Si含量的增加而增大,为获得好的循环性能,纳米Si质量分数应低于35%。在优化条件下制备的Si-NG/PC复合材料在50个循环中表现出高的比容量和优异的循环…

离子束溅射制备“日盲”紫外诱导透射滤光片

对"日盲"紫外诱导透射滤光片进行了理论设计与分析,并分别优化了离子束溅射法沉积ZrO2、SiO2和Al薄膜的工艺。利用反射与透射光谱反演获得了ZrO2和SiO2薄膜的光学常数,并由JGS1/SiO2/Al/SiO2/air(SAS)样品的变角度椭偏光谱反演精确获得了Al薄膜的光学常数。在此基础上,采用离子束溅射沉积方法并利用上述3种薄膜材料优化制备了"日盲"紫外诱导透射滤光片,测量了滤光片的光谱性能。光谱性能分析表明,滤光片的峰值波长位于264nm,峰值透过率大于60.0%,透过峰带宽(FWHM)约为13nm,在300~350nm波段的截止度达到了2.6OD。研究认为制约离子束溅射制备"日盲"紫外诱导透射滤光片性能的主要因素是Al…

采用电化学沉积法在阳极氧化制备的TiO 2 纳米管阵列管壁上沉积一层CeO 2 纳米颗粒, 再将CeO 2 修饰的透明TiO 2 纳米管阵列薄膜对电极与聚三甲基噻吩变色电极组装成透过型电致变色器件. 实验结果表明: CeO 2 修饰的TiO 2 纳米管阵列薄膜仍保持良好的光透过性, 其电荷存储能力比纯TiO 2 纳米管电极提高了30%. 经CeO 2 修饰的TiO 2 纳米管改善了器件的性能, 与对电极为单一TiO 2 纳米管阵列的器件相比, 其对比度仍保持在38%左右, 其褪色时间由1.3 s缩短为0.8 s. 电致变色器件快速响应得益于纳米管与纳米颗粒组成的复合结构的高比表面积和快速的电荷传输过程.
