通过快速卸压法,以超临界CO2为物理发泡剂,研究了相容的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/1-n-十二烷基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([C12MIM][PF6])离子液体(IL)复合体系的发泡性能.加入IL后,PMMA对CO2的吸收量增加;复合体系的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随IL含量的增加而降低.IL对PMMA发泡行为的影响取决于发泡条件.在较低温度和压力下,纯PMMA无法发泡,IL的加入可促进泡孔形成;提高温度和压力,纯PMMA可以发泡,IL的加入在提高泡孔尺寸的同时使泡孔仍然保持尺寸分布均匀的微米级结构.

以混合钴源为前驱体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了Co-Pd/TiO2催化剂,考察了其对CH4和CO2梯阶转化直接合成乙酸的催化性能,采用XRD,XPS,NH3-TPD和BET对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,催化剂具有适宜的表面酸性、高比表面积和孔结构,有利于提高催化剂的活性.在m(CoCl2)∶m[Co(NO3)2]=2∶5,m(Co)∶m(Pd)=2∶1,常压,150℃条件下,乙酸的生成速率达到6.13 mg·g-1Cat·h-1,选择性达到81.6%,分别比以单一Co源制备的催化剂提高了134%和16%.
