采用离心浇铸,经剖切、热锻、热轧工艺制成16MnV/9Cr18MoV/16MnV 3层金属复合板。热轧后成品板金相组织观察发现,复合板一侧16MnV/9Cr18MoV界面清晰,另一侧9Cr18MoV/16MnV界面存在一模糊过渡带。扫描电镜成分分析显示,模糊界面过渡带上,Cr元素在16MnV区域有大量的混合,说明浇铸第3层16MnV时,较高熔点的16MnV熔化了较低熔点的9Cr18MoV,造成2种材料发生了强烈的混合,形成不对称的结构。这种不对称结构对力学性能及刀具的使用都会产生影响。
