摘要:采用开尔文探针研究了相对湿度(RH)为75%和33%时,Al—0.63Mg-0.28Si合金在原始浓度0.05—0.3mol/L、体积6#L的MgCl2液滴作用下的腐蚀行为。由于液滴水分蒸发,在合金表面形成直径约2.9—3.2mm的MgCl2薄液膜。当开路电位基线在基本维持稳定(-0.3-0.5V。。SCE)的基础上重复出现电位突降而后立即回复的电位噪声时,对应于亚稳孔蚀的不断形成与钝化,合金表面生成直径小于3肛m的亚稳孔蚀。当开路电位缓慢下降至-0.7-0.8V左右并维持稳定时,对应于合金表面丝状腐蚀的形成与生长。在RH=33%气氛中,合金表面只发生亚稳孔蚀。在RH:75%气氛中,当初始浓度0.3mol/L和0.2mol/…

利用粉末冶金技术制备新型Te-Ni-Cr合金材料,在人造海水中进行全浸腐蚀试验,通过金相组织观察、扫描电镜对表面腐蚀形貌的观察、表面EDS及XRD对腐蚀产物的分析,研究了Te-Ni-Cr合金的耐蚀性能。结果表明,碲元素的加入改变了试样的显微结构,形成黑灰色突起的骨骼状组织,对整个合金的表面起支撑保护作用;经XRD分析确定腐蚀产物为Ni2O3和铁的氧化物。计算腐蚀速率得到,Te—Ni-Cr合金的耐蚀性较未加碲的有所提高。
