羟丙基-β-环糊精包合甲氧苄啶的研究

为了研究甲氧苄啶(Trimethoprim,TMP)与羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)在水溶液中的包合作用、包合过程中的热力学参数变化及包合比,试验分别采用相溶解度法、等摩尔系列法、摩尔比率法测定了TMP与HP-β-CD的包合表观常数、包合过程的熵变、焓变、自由能变化及包合比。结果表明,在不同温度下,TMP与HP-β-CD在水溶液中均可形成1∶1摩尔比的包合物,相溶解度图呈AL型;TMP与HP-β-CD的包合过程可自发进行(△G〈0),且为放热反应(△H〈0),同时也是熵值增大的过程(△S〉0);说明TMP与HP-β-CD在水溶液中均可自发形成1∶1摩尔比的包合物,从而增加其溶解度。选择适宜的包合温度将有利于包合过程的进行。

酸析-混凝-微电解组合工艺预处理精制棉黑液研究

采用酸析-混凝-微电解组合工艺预处理精制棉黑液,研究pH对处理效果的影响。采用紫外-可见分光光度法和急性毒性试验研究组合工艺对精制棉黑液成分变化的影响。结果表明,各阶段最佳pH条件为:酸析pH=2;混凝pH=12;微电解pH=4~5。通过组合工艺预处理,精制棉黑液的COD由5400mg/L降至1900mg/L,去除率为65%;BOD5由2860mg/L降至1080mg/L,去除率为62%;TOC由2080mg/L降至906mg/L,去除率为56%;黑液色度由原水的4500降至50,去除率为99%;50%抑光率稀释比(LIR50)由250降至17,急性毒性降低93%;紫外可见吸收光谱结果显示,部分含共轭双键和苯环的难生化降解物质得到…

采用微波辅助均相沉淀法制备了Nd:YAG(Nd:Y 3 Al 5 O 12 )纳米粉体. 通过XRD和SEM对此方法制备的Nd:YAG纳米粉体进行了分析表征, 并分析了在陈化过程中, 湿度、温度和陈化时间对制备Nd:YAG纳米粉体的影响. 实验结果表明: 陈化环境的湿度、温度和陈化时间对制备Nd:YAG纳米粉体的组分和形貌有显著的影响. 陈化环境中湿度和温度对Nd:YAG纳米粉体的影响具有一定的依存关系, 必须适当地控制; 陈化时间对Nd:YAG纳米粉体的粒径大小影响显著, 随着陈化时间的延长, 获得的Nd:YAG纳米粉体的颗粒尺寸先减小后增大.

利用射频磁控溅射制备了氮掺杂TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段表征了托槽表面薄膜的结构、形貌,并通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、多功能材料表面试验仪等研究了TiO2-xNx薄膜与基底托槽的附着力、TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽的表面粗糙度以及表面摩擦系数。结果表明制备的托槽表面为均一的锐钛矿相结构TiO2-xNx薄膜,晶粒粒径为30nm,纳米TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽表面致密、平整,薄膜与托槽衬底结合紧密、附着性好,托槽表面粗糙度降低,摩擦系数变小,改善了托槽表面性能,为抗菌性研究奠定了基础。
