用动电位扫描极化曲线、电化学阻抗法和量子化学法,研究了N,N′-二苯基硫脲（DPH-TU）在5%H_2SO_4介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用机理,及其与十二烷基磺酸钠（SDBS）的协同缓蚀效应结果表明N,N′-二苯基硫脲是一种缓蚀效果显著的混合型缓蚀剂.当DPH-TU和SDBS共存时呈现协同缓蚀效果,两者浓度比为1：1时,协同效应最为显著.两种缓蚀体系在Q235钢表面发生了化学吸附,吸附过程为放热过程,服从El-Awady动力学模型并计算出相应的吸附过程热力学数据.
