本发明为一系列高能量密度高放氢速率的水解制氢用铝基复合材料的制备。这种复合材料是在基体铝-铋-氯化钠复合材料的基础上,通过添加少量碱金属(Li、Na、K)和LiAlH4、LiBH4、NH3BH3等氢化物得到性能更佳的制氢材料;Al-Bi-NaCl复合材料与添加剂碱金属或氢化物的质量配比为100∶0.1-5。制备方法如下:按比例分别称取所需的各种原料粉末加入钢制球磨罐中,在QM-3SP2行星式球磨机上高速球磨,球磨罐中充入氩气保护,得到成分均匀的高活性制氢材料。本发明制备工艺简单,原料成本低廉,具有很高的能量密度和放氢速率,适用于车载实时供氢等方面的应用。

利用显微CT针对自愈合2DC/SiC复合材料高温蠕变试验前后的内部孔隙率进行了分。析结果表明,显微CT技术能较好地探测高温蠕变前后2DC/SiC复合材料内部孔隙率变化,从孔隙率的变化初步证实了BxC组元对2DC/SiC复合材料有一定的自愈合作用。利用显微CT技术证实了高温下的拉伸应力不会导致2DC/SiC复合材料中新的裂纹产生。
