以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,十六烷基三乙基溴化铵(CTEABr)为模板剂,在强酸性条件下采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Cu掺杂SBA-1分子筛。用XRD、SEM、N2吸附/脱附、红外光谱对所制备的样品进行表征。XRD测定结果显示所合成的Cu/SBA-1具有明显的立方介孔结构,Cu/SBA-1比表面积达931 m2.g-1,粒径约为10-15μm,红外光谱显示掺杂金属进入到了分子筛骨架中。用于苯与过氧化氢催化羟化活性测试,Cu/SBA-1显示高催化活性,苯的转化率为48.5%,生成苯酚与二酚的选择性分别为47%和51%。

对苎麻纤维(RF)进行偶联剂处理和聚乳酸(PLA)/氯仿溶液浸润处理后,采用溶液浇铸法制备PLA/RF复合材料,并观察RF处理后的表面形态及PLA/RF的等温结晶情况.结果表明:RF能够有效提高PLA/RF复合材料的拉伸强度;3种偶联剂(KH5501,KH570,A151)在80,℃下处理的RF对PLA的增强效果较在室温下处理的增强效果好;RF经过浸润处理后吸水率下降;在RF的浸润液中添加增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)能够提高材料断裂伸长率;通过偏光显微镜(POM)观察到,在靠近RF附近位置PLA球晶较其他位置处细小;随着TBC质量分数的增加,PLA球晶尺寸增大.

通过丙烯酸叔丁酯的自由基调聚和苯乙烯的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法合成了聚丙烯酸叔丁酯-聚苯乙烯(PtBA-b-PS)嵌段共聚物,然后在三氟乙酸作用下进行选择性水解得到了两亲性聚丙烯酸-聚苯乙烯(PAA-b-PS)嵌段共聚物。利用1H-NMR、FT-IR和GPC对产物的结构进行了表征。采用透析法制备了PAA-b-PS胶束,并利用激光纳米粒度仪和TEM观测了胶束的形态和大小,考察了PS嵌段的分子量对胶束大小的影响。结果表明:嵌段共聚物PAA-b-PS在水中自组装形成球状胶束,胶束平均粒径为140~190 nm,并随PS嵌段分子量的增加而增大,且粒径分布较窄。

采用XRD、SEM和电性能测试等手段,研究了Mn1.05-xCo0.92Ni0.03PbxO4系列NTC热敏陶瓷的烧结特性和电性能参数与Pb掺入量的关系。结果表明掺Pb可以降低Mn-Co-Ni-O系NTC热敏电阻的烧结温度和室温电阻率。当Pb掺杂量x=0.12时样品的收缩率最大,样品的老化稳定性最好,该陶瓷样品的最佳烧结温度降至900~950℃之间,烧结温度为950℃时样品的ρ25和B值分别为490Ω.cm和3969K,具有较低的ρ25和较高的B值。

采用Monte Carlo方法模拟了丙烯腈(AN)与衣康酸(IA)共聚反应过程中任意转化率时的单体浓度、共聚组成和序列分布等参数,确定了单体IA分批投料的量,使其与丙烯腈单体组成比不变,以保证先后所生成的共聚物组成一致。比较了一次投料法和基于Monte Carlo模拟的分批投料法反应各阶段所得产物的组成和性能的差别。结果表明,分批投料法所制备的丙烯腈/衣康酸共聚物(P(AN-co-IA))的共聚组成均匀,其弹性模量比纯聚丙烯腈(PAN)和一次投料法制备的产物要高。

研究了Zn-B玻璃掺杂的(K0.5Na0.44Li0.06)(Nb0.84Ta0.1Sb0.06)O3(KNLNTS)陶瓷的制备、相变及电学性能。研究发现,Zn-B玻璃能够有效地促进铌酸钾钠基无铅压电陶瓷的烧结特性。XRD结果显示Zn-B玻璃掺杂的KNLNTS陶瓷为正交-四方共存结构,随掺杂量的增加正交结构相的含量逐渐增加;并且降低烧结温度能够有效地抑制第二相的产生。介电温谱测试结果显示Zn-B玻璃掺杂的KNLNTS陶瓷其居里温度先降后增在x=0.1时达到最小值。在1050℃保温5 h条件下烧结可以获得最佳的压电性能:d33=197 pC/N,kp=0.37,er=975,tanδ=0.028。

以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,负载KNO3后经过煅烧,制得K2O/SBA-15固体碱催化剂。通过XRD和BET对样品进行了测试分析,并对K2O/SBA-15催化合成油酸甲酯的酯化反应进行了研究。试验结果表明:当K2O负载量为2%,n(醇)∶n(酸)2∶1,反应温度180℃,反应时间4 h,催化剂用量为原料质量的5.0%时,酯化率最大达到83.61%,并且K2O/SBA-15催化剂重复使用多次仍具有较好的催化效果。
