将马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g—MAH)与聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混制成共混体系,体系采用环氧树脂E44增容,考察共混物体系的热行为、力学性能、相形态、增韧机理。结果表明:PPS与HDPE—g—MAH的相容性有所改善,尤其是环氧树脂E44的加入,使在增强增韧方面效果更加明显,体系的冲击韧性随着环氧树脂E44含量的增加表现为先增强后降低。当环氧树脂E44质量分数为6.5%时,共混体系的拉伸强度提高到52MPa,冲击强度也达到7.5kJ/m^2。PPS/HDPE—g—MAH/E-44共混体系中,环氧树脂E44作为增容剂和增韧剂提高PPS基体与HDPE—g-MAH的界面粘结能力,使其共混物达到增强增韧的效果。

アルミニウム合金上にフレーム溶射法で形成したAl-Zn合金溶射皮膜の海水中での腐食挙動について,すき間噴流法試験装置を用いて検討を行った.液静止下では試験片面に薄茶色の生成物が観察されたが,腐食はほとんど生じなかった.それに対して液流動下では氷点近傍の0℃以下の場合でも試験片面にAl (水) 酸化物と考えられる白色の生成物が生じた.これは氷点付近で皮膜に欠陥が生じ,液流動によりその部分への酸素供給が増加し腐食が進行したためである.

高吸水性ポリマーと腐食抑制剤を混合したコーティングを鋼板に行い,腐食抑制挙動について検討を行った.試験片に欠陥を付与した後に,35℃の0.5 wt% NaCl水溶液中で電気化学インピーダンス測定によりスクラッチ試験片の分極抵抗の測定を行った.高吸水性ポリマー,硝酸カルシウム,ビニルエステル樹脂を混合したコーティングは2段階で分極抵抗が上昇し,自己修復性を示した.試験片の欠陥部において粒子状の皮膜が確認された.分極測定の結果,浸漬初期に高吸水性ポリマーの作用でカソード反応が抑制され,その後硝酸カルシウムの作用でアノード反応が抑制することが確認された.
