以含铁的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃为基体,以石墨为发泡剂,制备了保温绝热的硅灰石基泡沫微晶玻璃,研究了铁对析晶与发泡的影响。结果表明,CaO-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃中的Fe3+对假硅灰石晶相的析出有促进作用,随Fe2O3含量增加,泡沫微晶玻璃中假硅灰石晶相含量增加;玻璃发泡过程中表面积增大、部分Fe3+被还原,促进了硅灰石晶相的析出;适量的Fe2O3可以使发泡剂充分反应,有利于获得孔隙率高的泡沫微晶玻璃。
