采用在Al2O3基板上喷涂YSZ和ZTA料浆，经常压烧结制备YSZ／ZTA／Al2O3层状复合材料。SEM显微结构分析表明，各层结合紧密，且有一定的相互渗透。抗热震性试验表明，烧结温度对试样的抗热震性能影响显著。力学性能测试表明，试样的抗弯强度随着温度的升高而增大，抗热震后残余强度比例随着温度升高而降低。ZTA涂层存在对提高YSZ／ZTA／Al2O3层状复合材料具有积极的作用。
