In this study, an attempt was made to assess changes in the microstructure of centrifugally cast tubes from GX40CrNiSiNb24-24 steel after a long-term operation under the conditions of a catalytic conversion of methane with steam. 采用尿素水热法制备出形貌规整的层状镁铝铁氢氧化物（MgAlFe-CO3LDHs）。通过XRD、SEM、粒度分析表明,MgAlFe-CO3LDHs粉体具有较高的结晶度、较为规整的形貌特征和较窄的粒度分布。采用熔融共混法制备了不同配比的EVA复合材料,系统研究了不同元素组分对EVA阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明LDHs的阻燃作用优于氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。MgAlFe-CO3LDHs系列样品的性能优于MgAl-CO3LDHs,不同元素有不同的阻燃作用模式,含Fe的LDHs作用可能涉及气相自由基捕捉及能量阻隔作用。适当的引入Fe可以明显的提高材料的UL94级别、高温稳定性并减少CO释放量。

利用熔体直接纺一头两尾聚合设备的工艺路线,成功研制了680 dtex/192 f涤纶有光三叶POY产品,优化加工工艺后,成功制得优质低弹丝。研制结果表明,较低的熔体管道输送温度、纺丝温度284～286℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板、整流板的方式,集束点在1 500～1 600 mm处,上油选择适合纺制粗旦POY的油嘴（进口专用大油嘴）,使用双油嘴并列上油,使用分散式网络喷嘴等工艺条件生产比较适合加工该规格粗旦丝,产品截面为三叶形,有菱形光效果。产品品质稳定,后加工及织造效果良好。
