以Wells-Dawson型多金属氧酸盐[P2w18062]^6-和4-吡啶甲酸(HINO)为混合配体,采用水热技术合成了一种新的无机一有机三维超分子化合物{(HINO)6(P2W18O62)·14H2O},并通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和X射线单晶衍射等方法对其进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,其结构是由一个[P2W18O62]^6-阴离子与6个质子化的4-吡啶甲酸组成,并通过[P2W18O62]^6-与HINO之间的氢键作用将其扩展为三维超分子化合物.对该化合物的热稳定性和电化学性质进行了研究.

采用尿素水热法制备出形貌规整的层状镁铝铁氢氧化物(MgAlFe-CO3LDHs)。通过XRD、SEM、粒度分析表明,MgAlFe-CO3LDHs粉体具有较高的结晶度、较为规整的形貌特征和较窄的粒度分布。采用熔融共混法制备了不同配比的EVA复合材料,系统研究了不同元素组分对EVA阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明LDHs的阻燃作用优于氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的混合物。MgAlFe-CO3LDHs系列样品的性能优于MgAl-CO3LDHs,不同元素有不同的阻燃作用模式,含Fe的LDHs作用可能涉及气相自由基捕捉及能量阻隔作用。适当的引入Fe可以明显的提高材料的UL94级别、高温稳定性并减少CO释放量。

利用熔体直接纺一头两尾聚合设备的工艺路线,成功研制了680 dtex/192 f涤纶有光三叶POY产品,优化加工工艺后,成功制得优质低弹丝。研制结果表明,较低的熔体管道输送温度、纺丝温度284~286℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板、整流板的方式,集束点在1 500~1 600 mm处,上油选择适合纺制粗旦POY的油嘴(进口专用大油嘴),使用双油嘴并列上油,使用分散式网络喷嘴等工艺条件生产比较适合加工该规格粗旦丝,产品截面为三叶形,有菱形光效果。产品品质稳定,后加工及织造效果良好。
