采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Sr2Si O4:Sm3+红色荧光粉,用XRD、SEM、PL对样品进行了结构、型貌及发光性能表征。结果表明,所得样品为单斜晶系结构,呈粒径为0.1~0.3μm、1μm左右长的纤维状小颗粒;在波长402nm的紫外激发下,样品发射光谱由位于红橙区的3个主要荧光发射峰组成,峰值分别位于568,605nm和651nm,对应了Sm3+的4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2和4G5/2→6H9/2特征跃迁发射,605nm的发射最强,是一种适用于白光LED的红色荧光粉。

以45钢缸套内孔表面为基体,电沉积得到Fe-Ni-W合金镀层。采用目视评价、显微硬度计、中性盐雾试验、盐水浸泡试验及干性条件的摩擦磨损试验等方法,研究了Fe-Ni-W合金镀层的外观、显微硬度、耐蚀性、耐磨性等性能。结果表明,Fe-Ni-W合金镀层光亮、细致,镀层在最佳温度500~650°C下热处理2h后硬度最高可达1300HV。经120h中性盐雾试验[w(NaCl)=5%]后,Fe-Ni-W合金镀层表面保持光亮,完全没有锈迹,用盐水浸泡200h内不生锈。Fe-Ni-W合金镀层的摩擦因数在600°C热处理前后均低于铬镀层,分别约为0.46和0.41。经干性条件摩擦后,镀层表面只有轻微模糊的磨痕和细而浅的犁沟。
