以乙烯基三氯硅烷(ViSiCl3)、甲醇(MeOH)及乙二醇甲醚为主要原料,采用醇解、酯交换两步反应合成了ViSi(OEtOMe)3。确定了其最佳醇解反应条件为:n(ViSiCl3):n(MeOH)为1:3.6,反应温度为80℃,在此条件下中间体ViSi(OMe)3收率在85%左右;最佳酯交换反应条件为:n(ViSi(OMe)3):n(乙二醇甲醚)为1:3.6,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为1.5~2.0h,产物ViSi(OEtOMe)3酯交换的单程收率可达到92%。最后采用GC-MS法对最终产物结构进行了表征。

ZnO:Sb~(3+)纳米粉的制备及发光性能的研究

采用共沉淀法制备了六方纤锌矿结构的Sb3+掺杂ZnO纳米荧光粉,并系统研究了不同Sb3+掺杂浓度、不同煅烧温度和时间对其发光性能的影响。借助于XRD、SEM、荧光光度计等测试手段对粉体的相组成、形貌及其光致发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:掺杂Sb3+样品的粒度小于未掺杂样品的粒度,当Sb3+掺杂浓度小于3%时,ZnO:Sb3+样品均具有纯相的六方纤锌矿结构;掺入Sb3+时会引起ZnO晶体发光强度的改变,当Sb3+掺杂浓度为2%、600℃煅烧4 h时,纳米粉具有较强的发射强度,两个主峰中心位置分别在450nm和510nm附近。

用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同铈锆摩尔比CexZr1-xO2,并用沉积沉淀法制备了Au/CexZr1-xO2催化剂,以乙醇部分氧化制氢为探针反应,研究了Zr掺杂对Au/CeO2催化剂乙醇部分氧化性能的影响,并运用XRD、TEM、TPD、BET等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Zf掺杂使Au/CeO2催化剂的颗粒分散更均匀,提高了Au/CeO2催化剂的比表面积和对乙醇的吸附能力增强,Au/Ce0.3Zr0.7O2比催化剂Au/CeO2体现出更好的乙醇部分氧化制氢的低温活性,并提高了氢气选择性,明显降低了CO选择性。

Zr4+取代Ti4+的Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3固溶体在降低介电常数的同时,保持了BST固溶体优异的可调性。为降低BST材料的介电损耗和介电常数,以氧化铝为改性剂对Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3材料(BSZT材料)进行了掺杂。随着氧化铝掺杂质量分数从1%到10%增加,BSZT材料的介电常数从5000降低到了1550(100kHz),介电损耗降低到0.001(100kHz)以下,而材料的介电可调性保持在35%左右(1.5kV/mm)。X射线衍射图谱表明,烧结后得到的BSZT材料具有典型的钙钛矿结构。扫描电子显微镜观察表明,氧化铝的掺杂使得陶瓷致密度较高,晶粒均匀。

Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn系非晶材料组织及性能研究

采用含B的AlTi5B1合金棒及Al的添加来替代有毒的Be,采用铜模吸铸法制备Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn系非晶合金,对制得的6组试样进行XRD分析。结果表明,铜模吸铸法所制得的合金为晶态加少量非晶,晶态相主要为TiNi、CuTi3、Ti3Cu、AlTi3组成的复合相组织。SEM观察发现部分复合相尺寸大小在1μm以下。DTA分析发现,Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn-Al-B系合金都存在两个相转变温度,且随着Al的减少、Ti的增加,合金的相变转变温度同时也相应降低。

利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,在温度650~950℃、应变速率0.01~5s-1、总应变量0.7的条件下,对W-75%Cu复合材料高温塑性变形行为及其热加工图进行研究和分析。结果表明:W-75%Cu复合材料高温流动应力-应变曲线主要以动态再结晶为特征,峰值应力随变形温度的降低或应变速率的升高而增加;在真应力-应变曲线基础上,建立的W-75%Cu复合材料高温变形本构模型较好地表征了其高温流变特性;同时,利用W-75%Cu复合材料DMM加工图分析其变形机制和失稳机制,可确定其热加工工艺参数应优先选择变形温度800~950℃、应变速率0.01~0.1s-1。

以纯铟、SnCl4·5H2O为原料,采用络盐法制备了纳米晶的铟锡氧化物(ITO)粉末。通过对铟锡复合络合盐(NH4)1.91(In0.91Sn0.09)Cl5·?H2O的制备研究,充分证实了反应初始溶液中络离子的存在。研究了铟离子总浓度对ITO粒径的影响,结果表明:由于络离子的存在控制了游离In3+的浓度,从而可以在一定浓度范围内增加铟离子总浓度而达到提高产量的目的。通过XRD和激光粒度仪对ITO粉末进行了表征。
