Effect of Gas-Liquid Slug Flow on Continuous Preparation of ZnS : Mn Nanocrystals in Thin Tube Reactor

細い管型反応器によるホットソープ法(高温の界面活性剤中での反応晶析)で,マンガンドープ半導体ナノ粒子の連続調製を試みた.反応管内流れは層流であるため,拡散支配の緩慢な混合過程,広い滞留時間分布などが問題となる.そこで,反応管内部の液相の混合状態を改善するために,反応管に気液スラグ流を導入し,その効果を検討した.その結果,ドーパントに由来する蛍光スペクトルが発現するまでの管内における滞留時間が,液一相で反応させた場合に比べて,大幅に短縮できることが明らかになった.

近年の資源保護,環境保護への取り組みにより製紙原料として植林木パルプ,古紙原料の利用が多くなっている。植林木パルプは短繊維であり多くの主材料はLBKPである。叩解工程において無駄な繊維カットを行なわずに紙力を得ることが重要な課題であるといえる。そして更なる課題としては省エネルギーである。本稿では当社での最新のLBKP叩解テストデータを元にADCダブルコニファイナーとDDR,そしてFINEBARと鋳鋼刃の特徴を説明する。また,古紙利用の増加に伴い原質設備のスクリーン工程でも省エネルギーは重要である。省エネルギー用スクリーンローターとして開発されたGHCローターと更に開口面積を増加させたNW1バスケットの説明をする。
