本研究ではセラミック製品の一つである粘土瓦に着目し,再生瓦製造システムの導入による環境負荷低減効果をライフサイクルアセスメントの手法を用いて評価した。ケーススタディとして,愛知県名古屋市から発生する廃粘土瓦を利用して再生瓦を製造した場合を想定した。環境負荷の項目は,エネルギー消費量,CO2排出量,NOx排出量,SOx排出量,廃棄物発生量とした。インベントリ分析の結果,廃粘土瓦リサイクルシステムの導入によってエネルギー消費量とCO2排出量,SOx排出量が増加するが,NOx排出量,廃棄物発生量は減少することが示された。LIMEによる環境影響評価では,廃粘土瓦リサイクルシステムの導入により環境負荷が低減されることが示された。一方,エコイ…

复鞣过程在优化皮革的颜色、均匀性、柔软度、丰满度和疏水性方面起着重要的作用,在此过程中,高聚物复鞣剂是很重要的材料。本研究运用以顺丁烯二酸酐改性蓖麻油(MCO)、PEGl000(聚乙二醇)和IPDI为主要材料合成聚亚胺酯微型乳剂(MC—PURs),井应用在皮革铬复鞣上。通过化学和1HNMR分析测得MCO的羟基官能度为2.0,利用红外表征了MCO、预聚物和MC—PUR的化学结构。通过对复鞣过的皮革的柔软度、丰满度、粒面紧密度、抗张强度、拉伸断裂强度、色调深度、防水性等性能的比较.确定了该复鞣剂的最佳合成配方即MC—PUR3。接着通过DSC、TG/DTG和TEM技术表征了MC—PUR3。从电子显微镜图片可以看出,经过MC—PUR3复糅…

色素増感太陽電池(DSC)の研究開発の現状について紹介した。まず,DSCの原理と構造,発電機構,特長について簡単に解説した。5 mm角程度のDSCの世界最高性能として11~12%の変換効率が達成されている。この結果を受けてモジュール化の研究開発が活発に行われ,5 cm角から10 cm角レベルの大きさで9~10%の性能が報告されている。30 cm角から1 mサイズのモジュールの試作もされているが,性能は7%程度である。実用化のための耐久性試験についても検討されており-40~85℃までの温度サイクル試験,85℃で1000時間の耐熱試験,500時間以上の連続光照射試験においても優れた耐久性が示され,実用化に向けた屋外実証試験を行っている…
