热压烧结B 4 C陶瓷材料的组织与性能

采用热压烧结的方法,在不同烧结温度下对B4C微粉进行烧结,详细研究烧结温度对B4C陶瓷材料的力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:B4C陶瓷材料的相对密度、抗弯强度及断裂韧性都随着烧结温度的升高先增大后减小,维氏硬度则随着烧结温度的增大而增大。采用粒度为1.5μm的B4C粉末,在1950℃热压后,材料的综合性能较好,其相对密度为99.1%、维氏硬度为32.3GPa、抗弯强度为524.6MPa、断裂韧性为6.56MPa·m1/2。

本研究發展一個新穎的方法達到在含有鋁離子與鋰離子的鹼性水溶液中直接生長高方向性鋰鋁層狀雙氫氧化物薄膜形成於玻璃基材、矽基板、碳布基材上,形成層狀雙氫氧氧化物薄膜是在大氣環境下將上述這些基材分別懸吊並浸置於鹼性水溶液中,鋰鋁層狀雙氫氧化物薄膜的組成來自於高密度且自我組裝在基材上的鋰鋁層狀雙氫氧化物薄片,且各薄片接近垂直地站立在基材表面。層狀雙氫氧化物的薄膜厚度隨著浸置處理時間的增加而增厚,也隨著鹼性水溶液的處理溫度升高而增加,因此,薄膜會達到一個穩定的厚度區間。形成鋰鋁層狀雙氫氧化物薄膜達到一個穩定厚度所需的浸置時間與鹼性水溶液的溫度有關。不同處理溫度的鋰鋁層狀雙氫氧化物薄膜在玻璃基材上的紫外光可見光穿透光譜結果在以下說明討論,在玻…

成功將LixMn(2-y)VyO4非化學計量之化合物備製塗層於304不銹鋼基材上應用於薄膜鋰離子電池電極材料。剛沉積之塗層系非晶質Li(OH), Mn(OH) 2與V(OH) 5所組成的,陰極極化曲線探討中,最佳沈積電壓為-0.7 V。在300 ℃熱處理後生成Li4Mn4.3V0.7O12及極少量的Mn2O3、Mn3O4、MnO2、Li2O, MnV2O6的結晶,並隨著熱處理溫度增加,其結晶性亦愈高。半電池經循環伏安(CV)測試,氧化電位分別為3.12 V、4.04 V和4.19 V (vs. Li/Li+),還原電位分別為 4.08V、3.94 V和2.73 V (vs. Li/Li+)。在進行充放電時,有明顯放電平台在4.2…

Sn-Cu-Ni系合金作为一种低成本的无铅无银钎料愈来愈受到电子封装界的重视。研究了在Sn-0.7%Cu-0.05%Ni(质量分数)合金中添加不同含量(质量分数0.05%~0.50%)的La-Ce混合稀土后钎料合金系的熔化特性、凝固过冷行为、组织演化规律及润湿性能变化。结果表明,添加微量La-Ce混合稀土可明显降低Sn-Cu-Ni系钎料的凝固过冷度,而凝固过冷度的降低使钎料凝固时初生η-(Cu,Ni)6Sn5块状金属间化合物(IMC)相的生长得到抑制,同时钎料中β-Sn相形态由树枝晶逐渐转变为等轴晶;润湿角测定结果表明,La-Ce混合稀土添加量为0.05%时,钎料在Cu基板上呈现优良的润湿性能。

原位纳米Al 2 O 3 颗粒增强铝基复合材料的制备与微结构研究

开发了新型反应体系,以硼砂(Na2B4O7.10H2O)和K2ZrF6粉剂为原料采用熔体直接反应法,在铝熔体中成功制备了原位纳米Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料。借助于扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法,对复合材料的相组成和微观组织进行了分析,结果表明反应生成了纳米级γ-Al2O3颗粒增强相,尺寸约为20~100nm,并在铝基体中均匀分布,Al2O3颗粒在熔体中的形成机制为反应—溶解—析出;复合材料中Al基体与γ-Al2O3颗粒界面处结合良好,具有γ-Al2O3(040)∥Al(200)的晶体位向并形成共格关系;复合材料基体中由于原位纳米Al2O3颗粒存在形成了大量位错,有利于材料性能的强化。

合成了一种新的配合物[Co(Im)6]·(CF3COO)2(Im=Imidazole),并用X射线衍射分析、核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,该配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数为a=1.086 3(2)nm,b=1.779 0(4)nm,c=0.789 38(16)nm,α=90°,β=96.56(3)°,γ=90°,V=1.515 6(5)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.520 Mg/m^3,μ=0.654 mm-1,F(000)=706.其中心离子Co(II)具有典型的八面体配位构型.在固态时,配合物形成的三维氢键网络使晶体结构更加稳定.
