燃烧合成法制备超细 TiC 粉体(英文)
利用镁热、碳热还原钛铁矿,原位燃烧合成制备了超细 TiC 粉体。通过理论分析、实验研究分析了燃烧合成的规律及镁含量对产物特性的影响。结果表明,钛铁矿-镁-碳是一个强放热体系,体系开始反应的温度为 577.7 ℃,当钛铁矿与镁的摩尔比为 1:4 时,燃烧合成酸洗出的 TiC 微粉纯度最高,并显示了较窄的粒度分布,其平均粒度为 229.6 nm。

用离子交换法将具有K egg in结构11-钨锌三元杂多化合物K8[M ZnW11(H2O)O39](M=Co2+、N i2+、Cu2+、Cd2+)嵌入到Zn2A l类水滑石中,得到层状化合物:Zn2A l-[M ZnW11(H2O)O39](M=Co2+、N i2+、Cu2+、Cd2+),并用XRD、IR、UV对其进行了表征。结果表明,杂多阴离子进入水滑石层间后,仍保留了其K egg in结构。利用层状化合物催化合成乙酸正丁酯考察其催化活性,结果表明,层状化合物在酯化反应中显示优良的催化性能。
Ti-Al-Si-N涂层是在Ti-Al-N涂层基础上发展而来的一种四元复合涂层。本文综述了Si对Ti-Al-Si-N涂层微观结构、硬度、残余应力、抗氧化性能、热稳定性能、摩擦磨损性能及切削性能的影响。分析表明:Si元素能有效细化晶粒,减少柱状晶,形成新型纳米结构,从而显著提高涂层硬度,可达39 GPa;Si的原子分数超过5%后,涂层残余应力逐渐降低;Ti-Al-Si-N涂层在1 100℃下仍具有良好的抗氧化性能;Si元素使涂层的热稳定性能有很大提高,Ti-Al-Si-N涂层1 100℃氧化后硬度无显著变化;与Ti-Al-N涂层相比,添加Si元素后涂层的摩擦系数由0.7下降至0.5;Ti-Al-Si-N涂层刀具的使用寿命与Si原子分…
为了探讨Sm3+/Eu3+共掺体系的荧光光谱特性和能量转移机理,采用水热-烧结法制备了Sm3+/Eu3+共掺LaOF纳米晶体颗粒,并用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜对纳米晶体颗粒进行了表征.结果显示,所制备的纳米晶体颗粒呈六方相,均匀性和分散性良好,平均粒径为70 nm左右.通过442 nm连续光激发,在六方相LaOF:Sm3+/Eu3+纳米体系中实现了Sm3+离子向Eu3+离子的能量转移,观测到了因能量转移效应而产生的Eu3+离子5D0能级的荧光发射谱线.光谱学研究发现,能量转移源于Sm3+离子4G5/2能级向Eu3+离子5D0能级的弛豫过程,并且随着受主离子Eu3+浓度的增加,能量转移效率也随之提高.

采用传统陶瓷烧结方法,制备了CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)-xMg2TiO4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)陶瓷样品.利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜,分别确定了样品的物性和形貌,并用阻抗分析仪测定了不同频率和温度下材料的介电常数和介电损耗,进而研究Mg2TiO4对CCTO材料微观结构和介电性能的影响.结果表明:添加Mg2TiO4可促进CCTO晶界处小晶粒生长,抑制大晶粒生长,增强晶界的绝缘性,使低频介电弛豫行为明显减弱,降低CCTO陶瓷样品低频范围的介电损耗.当x=0.2时,在50~150 Hz频率范围内,tanδ均在0.05附近.该实验结果为优化CCTO材料性能、推进其在电容器方面的应用提供了实验依据.
通过对镀锡板淬水斑的宏观形貌观察,并对有淬水斑的镀锡板和正常镀锡板表面成分进行电子探针能谱对比分析,发现产生淬水斑的原因是因为镀锡板在淬水过程中表面粘附了含有杂质的污染水所致.因此,为了防止镀锡板产生淬水斑,镀锡板淬水过程中表面一定不能粘附被污染的水滴,同时镀锡板淬冷水一定要使用洁净的脱盐水.

采用EDTA-柠檬酸联合络合法合成了La0.7Sr0.3-xCaxFeO3(LSCaF;x=0,0.1,0.15)和La0.7Sr0.3-xKxFeO3(LSKF;x=0,0.01,0.05)系列阳极材料,并采用XRD,SEM技术及直流四探针法等实验手段分别对其结构,形貌及电导率进行了测试,分别讨论了A位掺入Ca,K对LSF材料的结构及电化学性能的影响.结果显示:K,Ca的掺入提高了LSF样品的烧结性能,且所有组分的电导率在低温时随温度的升高而增大,高温时又随之降低.其中,K的掺入大大提高了材料的电导率,K含量为1%时,其电导率在650℃时达到最高值148.45 S.cm-1.
