采用光纤耦合输出激光二极管(FCLD)单端端面抽运Nd:GdVO4晶体的方式,获得高功率单频激光的输出。在实验中,采用四镜折叠环形腔,考虑了晶体的热透镜效应后,优化了环行腔腔型。通过在腔内插入法拉第旋光器和半波片实现激光的单向运转从而抑制空间烧孔效应,在腔内插入标准具后,压缩了单频激光的线宽,获得了连续单频1063 nm激光输出。在18.10 W抽运功率时,获得了7.57 W的单频激光,光-光转换效率为41.8%,光束质量因子M2≈1.2。

三元体系K2B4O7-KBr-H2O在323K的相平衡研究

采用等温溶解平衡法研究了三元体系K2B4O7-KBr-H2O在323 K的相平衡关系及密度。研究发现,该三元体系为简单共饱和型,无复盐及固溶体形成。根据溶解度数据绘制了相图,相图中有一个共饱点,两条单变曲线,单变量曲线所对应的平衡固相分别为K2B4O7.4H2O和KBr;实验结果表明KBr对K2B4O7有较强的盐析作用。并简要讨论了密度变化规律。

较详细地研究了V2O5-B2O3-TeO2三元体系的熔化温度、冷却熔体的相组成及玻璃形成规律;并测试分析了V2O5-B2O3-TeO2三元体系玻璃的热性能和特征温度。结果表明,V2O5-B2O3-TeO2三元体系具有较低的熔化温度,存在3个不同的结晶区域和一个较广阔的玻璃形成区,其玻璃形成区域为:V2O5 0%~70%、B2O3 0%~30%、TeO2 30%~100%(均为摩尔分数);V2O5-B2O3-TeO2系玻璃具有较低的熔化温度和封接温度,是无铅低温封接玻璃的理想体系之一。
