高能等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3—13%TiO2涂层的组织与耐蚀性能
本文采用高能等离子喷涂方法制备了纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层。通过X射线衍射法(XRD)分析了涂层物相成分,利用电子显微镜观察涂层截面组织形貌,并检测涂层盐雾腐蚀性能与人造海水耐蚀性能。结果表明:该涂层显微组织结构不同于普通等离子啧涂的Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层;涂层在人造海水环境下平均腐蚀率为0.025g/m^2·h;盐雾气氛平均腐蚀率为0.0136g/m^2·h。

采用旋转氧化铝片法研究了Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3体系的氧化铝溶解度,其中电解质组成为:K3AlF6占K3A1F6和Na3AlF6质量总和的O~50%,A1l3占23%~29%,对该范围的氧化铝溶解度提出了相关系数为0.994的经验计算公式和等氧化铝浓度图。研究结果表明:随着AlF3含量增加,氧化铝溶解度降低,AlF3含量小于25%的区域氧化铝溶解度较高;随着钾冰晶石的增加,均出现相同的趋势,氧化铝溶解度先增加后减少,在K/(K+Na)含量为10%~40%时相对较高些;为了确保氧化铝溶解度大于4%,熔体温度必须高于840℃,故该复合冰晶石体系比较有潜力实现的低温电解温度是850℃。
