采用含有相变单元的单体缩聚法合成了侧链含有聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)的新型固-固相变储能复合材料(相变共聚物缩写名称为(MGPM)/蛋白石(opal)),通过广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)和热台偏光显微镜(POM)、热重(TG)等测试手段对其结晶结构、结晶行为、结晶形态和热稳定性进行了研究,结果表明,天然纳米材料蛋白石的加入改善了MPEG的结晶行为,提高了聚合物的结晶速率。蛋白石的添加量为0.7%时可以最大程度提高聚合物的结晶度,相变焓值最高达到109.07 kJ/g,比纯MPEG的熔融焓值提高了10.578 J/g,结晶焓值提高了8 J/g,热稳定性良好。

F-C烷基化反应原位增容工艺对PS/LLDPE合金结构与性能的影响

在熔融状态下,利用无水AlCl3引发大分子之间的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应来增容聚苯乙烯(PS)/线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)(80/20)合金。研究了"一步法"和"两步法"增容工艺对PS/LLDPE合金结构和性能的影响。结果表明,以"一步法"增容PS/LLDPE(50/50)合金40份为母料,与60份聚苯乙烯混合("两步法")制备PS/LLDPE(80/20)合金,可有效地降低聚苯乙烯降解对合金性能的影响,提高合金的热稳定性和力学性能;从扫描电镜(SEM)照片可以看出,"两步法"制备的合金的分散相更加均匀细小,韧性断裂特征明显。

采用非限制密度泛函UB3P86方法研究了AunAl(n=1,2)分子的结构和势能函数.结果表明:AuAl分子的基态电子态是1∑+,Au2Al分子的基态结构为具有C2v(2A1)对称性的弯曲结构,平衡核间距RAu-Al=0.234 3 nm,RAu-Au=0.427 1 nm,结合能Eb=5.32 eV.同时采用最小二乘法拟合出AuAl和Au2分子的Murrell-Sorbie势能函数,计算出光谱参数和力常数.用多体项展式理论推导了基态Au2Al分子的解析势能函数,其等值势能图准确再现了基态Au2Al分子的结构特征及其势阱深度与位置.

고압균질처리가 전분필름의 물성에 미치는 영향

전분필름의 물성에 미치는 고압균질 처리의 영향을 검토한 결과, 고압균질처리 옥수수전분필름은 산화전분필름과 유사한 투명도를 가지며, 용해도와 산소투과억제력의 증가와 함께 인장강도가 다소 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 고압균질처리 옥수수전분필름의 물성변화는 고압균질기의 고압과 전단력에 의해 호화전분입자가 완전히 소실되고 전분의 용해도 증가와 보다 균일한 분산상이 형성되기 때문으로 판단되었다. 일반적인 호화과정을 통해 형성되는 전분필름의 구조는 연속상의 아밀로오스에 팽윤된 접분입자가 분산되어 있는 network 형태에서 형성된다. 반면 고압균질처리의 경우, 호화전분입…

γ-(2,3-环氧丙烷)丙基三甲氧基硅烷水解研究

为获得充分水解,且尽量避免缩聚的有机硅氧烷水解产物,以γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPT-MS)为例,对有机硅氧烷的水解工艺进行研究。结果表明,中性介质、常温搅拌有利于降低水解得到的Si-OH发生缩聚反应;Si-OH的缩聚反应随着水含量的增加而下降,GPTMS的水解、缩聚反应随着反应温度的提高而加快;GPTMS与水的质量比为100∶28,常温搅拌至溶液无分层且澄清,即可获得水解完全且基本无缩聚反应发生的GPTMS水解产物。

利用熔融共混法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/水滑石(LDH)复合材料,研究乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)对复合材料的增容作用、力学性能以及结晶行为的影响。结果表明:EAA可以促进HDPE基体的结晶速率,提高复合材料结晶度:EAA对复合材料有很好的增容作用,能明显增强LDH与HDPE之间的界面粘合,促进LDH在基体中的有效分散;力学测试表明:加了EAA的复合材料比没有加EAA的复合材料力学性能有明显提高,且能使强度和韧性同时提高。

在醇溶液中合成了标题配合物[Co(PMBP)2(MeOH)(EtOH)](HPMBP=1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5),并进行了元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导率、X-射线衍射等表征。结果表明此配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/n,晶胞参数为:a=13.802(2)b,=13.889(2)nmc,=17.488(3),α=90°,β=100.805(2)°,γ=90°,V=3292.9(9),Z=4,Dc=1.395 Mg.m-3,μ=0.575mm-1,F(000)=1444。配合物中的金属钴离子与2个PMBP-中的4个氧原子以及2个醇分子中氧原子配位,而形成六配位的变形八面体。
