利用铸造模拟分析软件AnyCasting，对铝合金缸盖罩铸件进行了凝固过程数值模拟，预测其在铸造过程中可能产生缺陷的位置，分析了铸件预铸孔部位产生缩孔缺陷的原因，对压铸模具进行反复修改和优化。模拟计算了多种改进措施，通过在铸件最后凝固部位增设冷却水管及补缩通道等方法，达到减少或消除缩孔缺陷的目的。模拟结果表明：采用改进的工艺方案可明显改善缩孔缺陷，有利于提高铸件质量。

以微米级普通商业粉为原料, 采用CO2激光烧结技术获得可见光区透光率约60%、红外区透光率可达80%的Nd:Y2O3陶瓷。经1250°C预烧后的平均粉径约400 nm的原料粉素坯, 在~292 W/cm2的激光功率密度下烧结200～300s, 可以得到气孔率低, 透光度较好的透明陶瓷。采用X射线衍射, 扫描电镜分析了陶瓷的物相和显微结构, 探讨了激光烧结透明陶瓷的透光机理。激光烧结透明陶瓷过程短, 可控性强, 对透明陶瓷烧结技术地发展具有十分重要的意义。
