用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ca0.075Sr0.925Bi4Ti4O15(简称CSBTi)铁电陶瓷样品,研究了烧结温度对CSBTi铁电陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:1180℃温度下烧结的CSBTi铁电陶瓷样品的铁电性能得到明显改善,剩余极化强度2Pr为19.4μC/cm2,矫顽场强度Ec为72.5kV/cm;压电常数为d33=9.8pC/N;居里温度TC=543℃,随着测试频率的增加,室温下相对介电常数er的峰值逐渐下降,而对应的居里温度TC则随之上升,表现出弛豫铁电体的特征。

利用极化曲线和失重法, 研究了H2S、Cl-、温度等因素对Cr13钢在饱和CO2介质中腐蚀行为的影响。试验表明, 在50 ℃、Cl-浓度为50 g/L时, 随溶液中H2S含量增加, Cr13钢自腐蚀电流密度增大, 钢的腐蚀速率上升, 腐蚀受阴极浓差极化控制。50 ℃, H2S浓度为0.06 mol/L时, 当Cl-浓度低于50 g/L时, 随着Cl-浓度增加, Cr13钢腐蚀速率上升;当Cl-浓度高于50 g/L时, 随Cl-浓度增加, Cr13钢的腐蚀速率下降。在H2S浓度为0.06 mol/L, Cl-浓度为50 g/L时, 随温度升高, Cr13钢腐蚀速率增加。
