通过钛箔、铝箔叠加烧结制备出微叠层Ti-Al系金属间化合物合金板材。对不同烧结条件下获得的板材组织和相组成进行分析。结果表明,当烧结温度到达到Al的熔点以上时,高温自蔓延反应(SHS)在Ti箔和Al箔之间发生,生成α-Ti、Ti3Al、TiAl、TiAl2和TiAl3等相;随着烧结时间的延长,α-Ti、TiAl2和TiAl3逐渐消失,最终获得包含Ti3Al和TiAl的叠层结构板材。由于铝的熔化,柯肯达尔效应和反应前、后摩尔体积的变化在烧结过程中产生大量的孔洞,随后的热压处理将孔洞消除并获得致密的合金板材。

在水热条件下(160℃),通过十二硅钨酸(H4[SiW12O40】-14H2O)、氯化铜(CuCl22H2O)和1,4-二(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-亚甲基)苯反应,合成了结构新颖的多酸基配合物[Cu2(bbtz)4(SiW12O40)】(1).X射线单晶衍射结果表明,该配合物中的金属一有机框架是一个具有六边形孔道的三维网状结构,而杂多阴离子[SiW12O40】4-作为四连接点以配位键连接到六边形孔道内,形成一个基于多酸的高维、高连接网络.
