2009年5-10月期间对呼兰河湿地8个样点进行了5次藻类植物采样调查, 经显微镜观察, 共鉴定藻类植物158个分类单位, 包括148种10变种, 隶属于7门8纲14目23科50属.呼兰河湿地藻类群落组成以硅藻、绿藻为主, 藻类植物的细胞密度变化范围在469.55×105-847.35×105 cells/L之间, 不同采样点藻类植物种类组成及丰度的变化趋势不同.采样点Ⅱ藻类植物种类最多;采样点Ⅰ、Ⅴ藻类植物丰度较大.呼兰河湿地内出现的藻类多为普生性种类, 但出现了一定的富营养化污染指示种类, 结合Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H'、Pielou均匀度指数J评价结果初步推断, 呼兰河湿地水域受到一定的污染。;Monthly…
