黏质沙雷菌是引起肠道外感染的重要病原菌,与许多院内感染的暴发流行有关,可引起肺炎、败血症和术后感染等[1].碳青霉烯类药物对产ESBL和AmpC酶革兰阴性杆菌尤其是肠杆菌科细菌具有良好的抗菌活性,随着碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的大量使用甚至过度治疗,临床耐药菌株也已出现且检出率逐年提高,给临床治疗和控制院内感染带来新的挑战.产碳青霉烯酶是引起临床肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类药物耐药的主要原因.本研究对从我院ICU收集的3株碳青霉烯类抗菌药物耐药的黏质沙雷菌耐药机制进行分析研究。

阳极电沉积条件对Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2+Nano-Co3O4复合电极组成、形貌和结构的影响

在涂有中间层SnO2-Sb2O5的Ti基体上,采用阳极复合电沉积法制备了Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5/PbO2+nano-Co3O4复合电极材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法研究了制备条件对该复合电极材料组成、结构和形貌的影响.结果表明,纳米Co3O4的掺杂可提高PbO2电极表面的粗糙度和空隙率;沉积电位、镀液中Co3O4粒子浓度及有机溶剂的添加等均对镀层中Co3O4的嵌入量有较大影响.

利用真空Kelvin探针力显微镜(KFM)研究了纳米尺度下n-AlGaN/GaN薄膜的表面电荷性质并进行了定量测量.结果表明,n-AlGaN/GaN薄膜的表面位错均为电活性的受主型表面态,所捕获电荷的区域远远大于表面位错的大小,其表面电势与GaN薄膜表面电势的最大差值达到590 mV.在光照下,n-AlGaN/GaN薄膜的表面电荷发生了明显的光生电荷重新分布现象.
