对Ti-4Al-4.5Mo合金经不同固溶温度淬火处理后的相组成进行了分析.结果表明,当合金在相变点以上温度淬火后,可以获得hcp结构α′马氏体;随固溶温度降低,淬火后斜方α″马氏体出现,并在一定的温度范围内与α′马氏体共存;在800℃淬火,α″马氏体消失,合金由α和β相构成;α″马氏体显著降低β转变组织的硬度.EDS分析表明,Mo含量并不是决定马氏体类型的唯一因素.
