1870 年代から 1880 年代にかけて結成された製糸結社は、構成員に売上金を分配するために生糸を等級別に分類したから、一つの荷口に様々な品質の生糸が混入することによって生じる逆選択を解消する役割を果たした。しかし、日本の生糸生産者は一時期の碓氷社を除いて原商標を括の上に付けていたので、流通業者による原商標の剥奪と格付の偽装など様々な不正行為を許すことになった。1910 年代末から日米間で激化した格付問題の本質は、日本産生糸では注文した格付通りの生糸が届けられたのかを原商標によって確認することができないという点にあった。1920 年代にアメリカの生糸最終消費者(=絹製品製造業者)が原票、即ち原商標による生糸取引を要求したのは、商…

[[abstract]]本實驗將3D聚酯纖維進行無電極鍍鎳,探討其織物3D結構對於電磁波之吸收效益,並加以改變其外在條件,改變其無電極鍍鎳的時間,本實驗依參考文獻提供的無電極鍍鎳方法將pH值固定4~6,溫度固定為90℃時電鍍時間設定為5 分鐘、10分鐘、15分鐘、20分鐘、25分鐘,依序增加其時間,觀察其電鍍時問改變對於電磁波吸收效益之影響,希望找到其3D聚酯織物最佳的吸收溫度條件,進而能使吸收電磁波的效果提升,本實驗電鍍時間為15分鐘時,電磁波吸收值最高可達27dB,經由阻抗匹配電磁波吸收值最高可達33.1dB。 ln this study, 3D-free polyester fiber nickel electrodes t…

[[abstract]]本研究係利用椰子纖維與聚乙烯醇水溶液且添加不同比例之壓克力樹脂,經充分均勻混合後微波發泡製作出各式纖維集合體當作無土栽培之樣本。探討不同壓克力樹脂添加之比例,對其發泡效果與發泡的成型性和物性的影響。實驗結果顯示,椰纖與聚乙烯醇水溶液和壓克力樹脂比例為2:3:0.15時具有最佳成型性;且添加壓克力樹脂後之pH值為5.7,EC值為1.7ms/cm,皆符合一般植物栽培的環境條件。 In this study, we use the coconut fibers and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with adding different proportion of acrylic resin…

[[abstract]]本實驗之目的在於探討輸送帶基布PET/Nylon織物經遠紅外線預熱處加工時,改變遠紅外線加熱器與基布問距離影響之研究。實驗中分別對加熱器與基布距離為5公分、6公分、7公分三個距離處理後,對於基布的拉昇強力、外觀、藥劑吸收量與藥劑處理後之剝離強力進行觀察。輸送帶在業界強力要求,布與布、布與膠剝離強力分別需達到12kgf和14kgf,由實驗得知,經二段式遠紅外線預熱處理,間距為5公分的條件下,布與布剝離強力為17.90 kgf,較原布提升38.2%,布與膠剝離強力為18.13kgf,較原布提升30.4%。 This research is PET/Nylon fabric pre-treatment by fa…
