非真空CuInGa(Se,S)2薄膜太陽能電池之研究

銅銦鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜太陽能電池為最具有量產潛力之一的材料,其效率高達20.1%,在薄膜太陽能電池中最為突出。但是真空製程會有成本過高、不容易大量生產等問題,近來如何在非真空的情況下鍍製CIGS,以降低生產成本成為研究重點之一。 本文利用非真空的方法,並且不同於一般需要在熱退火過程中不間斷地補充Se元素來硒化,更能夠降低整體的生產成本。把Cu2S、In2Se3、Ga與Se混和調製成CIGS前驅物溶液,在大氣下放置自行設計的石墨載具後,使其在快速熱退火中自行有硒化效果,時間僅需3分鐘,即可形成黃銅礦結構的CIGS。 另外,為了取代會有重金屬汙染問題的硫化鎘(CdS),我們利用化學水浴沉積法來鍍製硫化鋅(ZnS)薄膜,接著在已經鍍有…

对层状钙钛矿型化合物SrBi 2 Nb 2 O 9 依次进行H + /(BiO) + , 四甲基铵离子TMA + /H + , 及锌氨络离子Zn(NH 3 ) 4 2+ /TMA + 多步离子交换而获得含Zn衍生物. X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示出质子化产物和含Zn衍生物的衍射图谱与前驱物SrBi 2 Nb 2 O 9 的层状结构上的差异. 组成分析表明, 前驱物质子化后, Bi原子几乎全被抽出, 但也有少量的Sr损失. 紫外?可见吸收(UV-Vis)测量发现, 含Zn衍生物的紫外吸收边比质子化产物和前驱物的紫外吸收边明显向高能方向移动.

Synthesis and Characterization of AlB12 Nanorods

以铝(Al)粉末和三氯化硼(BCl 3 )为前驱体, 以H 2 和Ar分别作为还原气体和保护气体, 在高温水平电炉中采用化学气相沉积方法在Si衬底上原位制备了大量的AlB 12 纳米棒. 利用扫描电镜(SEM), 高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM), 选区电子衍射(SAED), 能谱(EDS)表征了AlB 12 纳米棒的形貌、晶体结构和成份. SEM结果表明纳米棒的直径在100~350 nm之间, 长度从几百个纳米到几个微米, TEM、SAED和EDS结果显示AlB 12 纳米棒沿着[020]方向生长. 最后根据纳米线生长过程探讨了AlB12纳米棒的自催化生长机理.
