炉内配风方式对锅炉NO X 排放影响的试验研究

为降低早期投运的电站燃煤锅炉的NOX排放, 提出了在运行过程中优化炉内配风的运行方式, 该方式不仅简单易行, 而且成本低。试验发现:随着炉内总风量的上升, NOX的排放也随之增加, 但其经济性有所降低, 确定炉内总风量要兼顾锅炉的经济性和排放特性。在总风量确定的前提下, 进行二次风和燃尽风的优化配风可以进一步降低NOX的排放, 若中层二次风的通风量较小, 而上、下层二次风的通风量较大, 相应NOX的排放较低;一、二次风配比确定后, 增加燃尽风的份额也可以有效降低NOX的排放。文中提出的优化运行方式可以有效地降低NOX的排放, NOX的排放从908 mg/m3下降至790 mg/m3。
