Predicting of wideband electromagnetic responses of composites containing magnetic inclusions

Konstantin N. Rozanov、Marina Y. Koledintseva、Józef Drewniak2010-07-01OpenAlex

Engineering of absorbing bulk and sheet composite materials, including nanocomposites, for various EMI applications, requires adequate prediction of frequency and concentration behavior of these composites. This paper proposes two simple analytical formulations for effective permittivity and permeability of magneto-di…

Synthesis and characterization of main-chain bile acid-based degradable polymers

Jie Zhang2010-07-01OpenAlex

We have studied the luminescence of various classes of Er 3+ -doped inorganic phosphors under IR excitation. The highest IR Stokes luminescence efficiency in the range 1.5–1.6 μm is offered by Yb 0.99 Er 0.01 PO 4 (xenotime structure). This efficient IR phosphor has been commercialized under the name AM-1500M-1. It is…

Scattering of a Gaussian beam by a “holey” dielectric slab

Yanfei Li、R. Mittra、Guizhen Lu2010-07-01OpenAlex

In this paper we investigate the scattering and propagation characteristics of a Gaussian beam impinging upon a dielectric slab with holes, referred to herein as a “holey plate”, which is designed to have a Double negative (DNG) behavior. Our simulation results indicate that the direction of propagation of the Gaussia…

Analysis of the Threshold Voltage Instability of Bottom-Gated ZnO TFTs with Low-Frequency Noise Measurements

Kwang‐Seok Jeong、Young‐Su Kim、Jeong‐Gyu Park 等 9 位作者2010-07-01Journal of the Korean Institute of Electrical and Electronic Material Engineers

Low-frequency noise (1/f noise) has been measured in order to analyze the Vth instability of ZnO TFTs having two different active layer thicknesses of 40 nm and 80 nm. Under electrical stress, it was found that the TFTs with the active layer thickness of 80 nm shows smaller threshold voltage shift ( ${\Delta}V_{th}$ )…
