Bi_ Te_ Sb_ ナノ多孔体の熱伝導率

Bi0.4Te3.0Sb1.6ナノ粒子を塗布して作製した多孔体の熱伝導率を3ω法で100Kから300Kの範囲で測定し,熱輸送について調べた.測定した熱伝導率は,バルクの熱伝導率と比較して大きく低減しており,低温でも増加することなくほぼ一定値に収束した.これは多孔構造によりフォノンが激しく散乱,人工的にフォノン自由行程が短くなったためと考えられる.この現象はフォノンのKn数が大きいときのみに予測されるため,フォノン自由行程の見積もりが重要となる.本研究では,フォノン自由行程が周波数依存することを考慮し見積もったところ,数10nmの多孔構造でもフォノンのKn数が大きい条件となり,熱伝導率が低減されることを示した.
